I went into the Ilkley shop looking for a raincoat. I found one which I liked. I was served by Kerry billy and Garry they were very friendly and helpful as I had to renew my discount card Ilkley is a very nice shop to visit

Bought a beautiful gore tex jacket, staff helpful and well informed. On sale too so great value.

Fantastic Customer Service, good selection of clothing and accessories, including sale items, for a relatively small store.
Nothing was too much trouble for the staff (Harry, John and Garry) and my husband and I purchased an item today, both were an exceptional price for the quality of the items.

The girl who helped us was pleasant, efficient and gave good advice.

Prompt service when looking for new walking shoes then despite not having member card they quickly found my account renewed membership and dealt promptly with my purchase

We went to the store this afternoon at 5pm and my kids wanted a fleece. I went upstairs and chose a boot that I wanted to try on and went down to ask a member of staff for assistance. The young male and female staff were near the till and chatting. I asked for assistance and the male staff rolled his eyes as though it was too much trouble for him. He said that he doesn’t deal with shoes after 5pm….they close at 5:30. I told him that his service was disgusting. A young kid with disgusting customer service shouldn’t be left with the responsibility of a store. The owner or manager of this store needs to sort this, “I can’t be bothered attitude” He had 20 minutes to provide a shoe that cost £91 but he couldn’t be bothered to assist me!

It was busy upstairs with a couple of customers trying on walking shoes however I was dealt with quickly.

I knew the Merrell Moab shoes I wanted and the member of staff found me the right size so all was dealt with swiftly.

At the till my membership was renewed and I got a 10% discount by using my Camping and Motorhome membership.

Great, easy shopping experience.

Helpful staff in the Ilkley store made my boot selection very easy

Helpful staff. Great jacket. However, the pricing wasn't very clear. I thought I was paying the price as displayed but when I got to the till I was told the actual price was DOUBLE unless I was a signed up member. I had to pay £5 for membership otherwise I would not have bought the jacket.

The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and quick with their service but not pushy.I had limited time before an appointment and managed to purchase one item in store ,ordered a different colour to be posted to me from the warehouse and Joined the membership scheme which was super easy.A great shopping experience.

Excellent service from Tia, Ronnie, Harry and Garry today. Had to return boots due to manufacturing defect. Return dealt with efficiently and replaced with new boots that were in stock. Good range of stock in store as we usually struggle at the top of the size range with 12's. Will be back.

Excellent customer service from Harry. I rang about an item I was trying to buy online but there was no Click and Collect available. He checked for me to see if they had it in stock at the shop and then reserved it. All done quickly and politely. Found all staff there today friendly and helpful when I went to collect item.

I visited the store today to buy some winter walking boots. I was assisted by Ronnie. He was both helpful and knowledgeable about the products. I do not know much about walking boots and he helped me to buy a very suitable pair. Many thanks!
