Thanks Harry and Garry for sorting me out with a great value Osprey backpack

Harry, Kerry and Garry did an excellent job today when I bought things from the store. My membership was renewed quickly and efficiently and they reminded me of the buy one get one half price offer on the socks. The store was well stocked but very neat and tidy. It was a pleasure to shop there. I'd already spec'ed the items I bought online but decided against it due to delivery cost. So it was great to be somewhere with a shop ( there isn't one near me) and get that human interaction I miss online shopping.

The store needed a good clean. The floor was very dusty, the changing room was even worse. Add to that the fact that a camera is in position looking into the changing room, it all added to an experience that wasn't the best retail experience.
3 staff were stood round talking to each other but not to potential customers, which is a missed opportunity in my opinion.
On the plus side, the shop is well stocked and the price I paid was very good.

When I visited the “small” store in Ilkley I was sceptical that there would be the items I was interested in . But I was proved wrong and the staff were excellent, knowledgeable and patient while I tried on several jackets, ultimately buying the superb Mountain Equipment jacket in blue. Please ensure they are commended as it was a most pleasurable experience complimented by their knowledge and attention to detail.

Good range of brands and plenty of stock on the pegs to try on. Maybe quit the exaggerated savings on the price tags... A quick Google reveals the same 'member pricing' across many other retailers.

BOUGHT SOME GREAT PRODUCTS AT GREAT PRICES FROM REALLY ENTHUSIASTIC SWITCHED ON SALES TEAM AT ILKLEY

I purchased some trousers and walking shoes but had to change the shoes for a different size the following day. The staff Harry,Tia,Billy and Ronnie were very helpful and friendly with both my return and helping me selecting my walking trousers.

I love this store in Ilkley. Lovely staff and today had a really helpful Garry and Angela. Highly recommend it, just wish it could be bigger and stock more!

Dropped in to find a warm jacket. Loads of great options at very competitive prices.Didn’t have any problems particularly but Garry, Tia, Jasmine and Ronnie were friendly and helpful. The jacket turned out to be great so we came back and bought a second one.

The item I wanted wasn’t available in the shop so the very helpful assistant did an on-line order for me.

Good service, took the time to explain options without the sales pitch. Would recommend
