Dropped in to find a warm jacket
Dropped in to find a warm jacket. Loads of great options at very competitive prices.Didn’t have any problems particularly but Garry, Tia, Jasmine and Ronnie were friendly and helpful. The jacket turned out to be great so we came back and bought a second one.

Good customer service - Harry.
My wife & I popped into the Ilkley Branch to look at fleece tops. Aware that everybody is wearing down jackets these days, I looked at these and the manager gave me some advice about the range. After he had left to deal with something else, I spoke to Harry ( who I note has been mentioned for good service in a previous review). Harry was extremely helpful, gave excellent customer service, and not only did I purchase a fleece, but also a RAB jacket. I made a point of asking his name and how I could leave a review. I hope his employers take note of staff who go that extra mile.
