Worked along side Angela today assisting with a rolls Royce hearse for a cardiff family .
Angela is very professional in conducting and has so much care for families that intrust her to care for their loved ones .
Was a pleasure to work along side her and her team today .very professional service and should be nothing but proud Angela is an asset to green willows .

Sensitive and highly professional service from Alison. She was always on hand to deal with queries and to guide us through the processes. This is the second time my family have used Green Willow and on both occasions the standard of service was excellent.

Alison was absolutely fantastic in helping me organise a fantastic funeral for our late mum. From my first contact with Alison, where she was extremely kind and compassionate, through to the brining together of family and friends at Manor Parc Hotel. I genuinely cannot fault Green Willow Funerals, I’ve sadly had need to use them twice and both experiences have been excellent. The care, compassion, responsiveness and professionalism has been very comforting at such a difficult time. I felt that my loved ones have been very much respectfully cared for, and myself and my family were supported throughout every step. It takes a very special person to do this job, to connect with people whilst they grieve. Ben was outstanding in the care and guidance he gave me, and I am forever grateful. All staff went above and beyond to help me to organise my father’s funeral. Small but appreciated gestures throughout, including giving myself and my daughter roses from the floral spray as we said goodbye to Dad, respectfully taking video and photos as we had a police escort. Right through to the aftercare weeks later, checking in and responding to my requests. I would not hesitate to recommend Green Willow Funerals should you ever be in the unfortunate position to need their services, you will be in good and caring hands.

We have had nothing but great experience with Green Willow previously so it was a simple choice to use their services again.
Alison helped us through the whole process this time and ensured that we were supported and informed along the way and always offering that caring shoulder to lean on when needed.

From the initial meeting right through to the day, Tom and the team were kind, caring and so helpful explaining everything and quick to respond to queries we had. Nothing was too much trouble and we all felt totally looked after throughout the whole process. Dad had a wonderful send off and Tom and the team at Greenwillows were a key part in making all that happen. As a family we are ever grateful to Greenwillows.

On behalf of my Dad, my brothers and I, I just wanted to reach out to thank Ben Hartery personally for his care and attention over the last couple of weeks whilst arranging Mum’s funeral. Ben totally removed the stress from the day with his careful planning and nothing was too much trouble. A massive Thankyou to Green Willows for organising my mums funeral last week. Tom was absolutely amazing, nothing was too much trouble and he was so kind and professional throughout. Debbie the celebrant was also so lovely and delivered the most beautiful service. I can’t recommend the Green Willows team enough and being a non profit organisation makes them even more amazing.

Alison had looked after the funeral arrangements for our Mum, and when we realised it was to be Alison again looking after the funeral arrangements when our father passed away, we were so pleased. Alison is incredibly kind, compassionate and really well organised. She was always available to answer questions, and was patient and kind throughout. Her guidance on the day of the funeral was exactly what was needed - clear, but delivered calmly and compassionately. Could not have asked for better. Thank you!

Green Willow arranged our mother's funeral last week.
From my initial meeting with Tom & then with Alison, I cannot praise them enough. They were both so kind. Every meeting was made easier by their calm, kind nature.
Alison made the arrangements & also replied to any concerns or questions immediately & all her advice was really appreciated.
The driver who drove us to Thornhill was so calm, friendly & thoughtful which helped make a very hard journey so much easier. The staff were very respectful & guided us quietly & tenderly through, & following the service.
The kindness shown to us as a family & the respect given to Mum meant a lot to us at such a very difficult time
Alison was so considerate & arranged for the ashes to be available quicker than usual so my brother & I could carry out Mum's final wishes before he had to return to Australia. This meant a lot.
