Excellent customer service, very helpful.

Good customer service, product is good value

I’d ordered and money taken out of my bank immediately, for soft foot pads £12.99p.
No acknowledgment of order number or information about delivery.
Tried sending email, the response, every time I tried was, “ not available at minute try again later!!!” Tried at least 6 times.
Can only think I’ve been scammed.

I bought a set of HD buds pro last year from this shoddy outfit. The problems started then when the shipping times were not as promised. Their website stated and still states "Orders are completed and dispatched the same working day, if ordered before 12PM. Orders after 12PM are dispatched the following working day". After 3 days nothing had been shipped so I asked to cancel the order. Miraculously the order had shipped as soon as I wanted to cancel. I have the timeline of the emails i've sent and received about this and none of it adds up to what I was told. Absolute lies. You didn't want to lose a sale so you got the finger out and sent them under threat of a cancellation. Caught red handed and didn't even have the decency to apologise for the delay. This had my alarm bells ringing instantly.

More recently, I had contacted this shower to get some advice for a potential fault in the buds and make use of the 1 year warranty on their HD buds pro if the issue persisted. After a lengthy wait they responded with some patronising instructions on how to pair the buds to my phone. Id been using them 3-4 times a month successfully until they developed a fault with the right bud so this information was kind of useless. However, I followed the instruction multiple times without success, the right earbud has lost all power, emits no sound and doesn't show as charging while in the dock. I have repeatedly contacted this company about activating my warranty and I was blatantly being ignored(you couldn't have made it anymore obvious). I repeatedly sent them emails and requests through the 'contact us' form on their site. Finally, after weeks of trying, I get a response with no other details than I need to send the item back to them to be inspected at my expense for shipping.

So not only am I out of pocket for a set of buds that no longer work as a pair, I have to pay for your faulty item to be shipped, fixed and rectified. Absolutely no way i'm sending this back to you. I can't even trust you to reply to an email never mind trust you to correctly receive my buds and follow your procedure. You've already proved to me you don't do as you say.

You still have a pop up banner on your site from a promotion in MARCH. 3 months ago and you still haven't updated your site from a sale you had on then. This highlights how unorganised you are. (Edit) - Strange, they read this review, update the promotion on their site to current month and dont respond to my email or my review.(Yes I'm watching) Just shows the hard neck of them. But hey, at least I know they got my message loud and clear but choose to avoid a justifiably, unhappy customer. Also just noticed they have replied to nobody on trustpilot. Shows the poor level of customer service. If you gave me reason to trust you I wouldn't have left this review. I'd have left a very positive review if you handled the situation professionally. But, you give me zero reason.

My advice is not to use this store folks. You will be disappointed if you ever need any level of customer service.

I ordered a T-shirt for my nephew as a birthday present, he is 9 years old. When it arrived it was so tiny (more like a 3 year old sizing). I ordered 9-11 as my nephew is quite small for a 9 year old and thought it would be nice baggy. The company actually cut out the label so I think it was to hide the younger age group?! They are asking for lots of details now in order for me to send back which I’ve never been given. AVOID! SCAM!!

Product as expected but delivery timescales were inaccurate. Item took over a week to arrive and wasn’t dispatched for several days.

Great headphones and even better a free charging bank

Order 2 T-shirts, one for my partner (He's yet to open and try on) and one for my nephew for his birthday, he is 15 today and I did order one for ages 12-14 as he is rather small for his age, (about size of 13 year old) he tried it on today and it only just about fit him. And had hin s arms in the air as was too tight to drop them when doing his ninja disguise. I cannot fault the service or quality of the T-shirt and he did have a laugh out of it, do not all bad. However maybe putting a size guide for the kids T-shirts would help as there is only one for adults on your site.

The galaxy starry night light projector looks fake when compared to a real one we bought the other year. The box arrived all bashed in. Not looking great to give for a birthday present. Won’t order again from this company

As I have just bought two of them it’s to soon to give an opinion but I’m sure they will be of use to my two greatgrandchildren and I’m going to purchase one more for another of my greatgrand kids

Great service

Easy to order, quick delivery, good quality sound. Ordered again due to loosing previous set purchased from this company last year.

2 weeks since the order has been placed and as far as I can tell it has not even shipped yet. Generic response telling me it would be with me by the weekend (last weekend) but no sign of the order. Last 2 emails haven’t even had a response.
Ordered from this site a year ago and had similar issues. I naively thought it must have been a one off.

Delivery was on time. Excellent product xx
