Do not use these frauds I've been messed about numerous times with my product stil not arrived after 3 weeks when meant to be 2 -3 days no sense out of emails sent to me even sent a tracking number which royal mail are stil waiting for the package SCAMMERS

Bought a couple of items from HD TV Entertainment but had a wee issue with product. After a couple of emails items were returned & because still in warranty HD sent replacements.

Excellent customer service and timescale and will definitely use and recommend HD.

The company handled a fault with my EarPods very well. Easy return, quick replacement. We’ve bought many products over the last few years and have never been disappointed.

Awful company. Terrible customer service. Been trying to get an exchange and now refund for over a month now. No response to emails or when they do it's very slow. Not sure what happened as they used to be good but will not be using them again.

Bought a ninja tee shirt for £15 so wasn’t cheap. It said delivery within 2-3 days. After 7 days I chased it up 3 times, each time I got an auto acknowledgement email but nothing else. So no tee shirt, money has left my card and no back up service. Steer clear of this company.

AirPods are terrible have no battery life what so ever!! Worst purchase.

ordered size 9-11 and the size that was delivered is more apt for a 5 year old.

Avoid this company! I bought a broom but it didn't work. I was dragging it against my kitchen floor but there were still rice grains left behind. Terrible product. I want to refund and I have emailed to find out how to send the product back and if the postage was free; but my email has never been answered.
