Replies within 24 hrs. Great service replacement sent out asap can’t fault them at all

Terrible service, I ordered a product which I never received and when I emailed them they responded that someone from customer services would be in touch.
I never got any response and have emailed them a few times since and nothing!
I wouldn’t trust this company I feel I’ve been scammed, a reputable company should not be hit and miss with peoples orders, it should be consistently good and as I see it is not.

All their products are total crap. I bought 3 products from them and all of them stopped working after a few months. I learned from it and now I buy quality products. But of course it is your right to choose what to buy. I didn't buy it again

Absolutely shocking to deal with.
I have 2 faulty watches that don't charge or even turn on. I have requested a their address to return items which they have ignored. I opened a dispute on PayPal, they have finally agreed the return and sent a returns label which low and behold doesn't open. I can't claim a refund until I prove the item has been returned. Which I can't becuase they won't give me an address and send a label which doesn't work!

Absolutely first class service from start to finish.
Received my order very quickly and when my son lost a part of the equipment HD TV were more than helpful sending out a replacement immediately free of charge.
I honestly can’t recommend this company enough and will most definitely use them again in the future.

Bought a retro game before Christmas controllers will not work. After a lot of emails and mags one response that was no help at all totally wasted £40.
100% do not recommend

I returned an item to them, but despite numerous emails chasing my refund it took them over 3 weeks to give me my money back. Service rating = 0.

I ordered my item 2 weeks ago with 2-3 day delivery. They emailed an acknowledgment of my order and took the money.
The item has not arrived and there is no confirmation they have even dispatched it.
They responded to one email to say that customer services would contact me. No one has contacted me and they are not responding to emails or Facebook messages.
I feel like I have been scammed and looking at other feedback I’m not the only one.
I would avoid buying from this company!

EDIT. Refunded me today after I threatened to report this to the authorities as theft.

I had a great experience with them a few years back, however over the past year I have had 4 pairs of faulty headphones from them! They do not respond, I have now sent them approx 15 emails asking for a refund with NO RESPONSE! Avoid this company at all cost

Product arrived on time, simple set up, worked great for around a week, now will not work at all

I ordered 3 2 worked really well the third didn't work the charger bit was broken my child really upset

Product faulty not able to use over Christmas

I understand xmas is busy, but it took 6 days to dispatch keyring ordered on 15th. What annoyed me was when I emailed them they told me item was dispatched and id have it for xmas when tracking started it showed they lied and it was sent two days after they said it was dispatched. So there is no next day dispatch or 3 to 4 days delivery like the website says

I ordered 2 game sticks got charged for 3.after couple of emails said to return for refund at my expense said ill return with a label supplied heard nothing more .id avoid this company.

Having ordered previously and happy with this company and the products I ordered a new charging cable. The wrong size was sent so I contacted them on their web page. Unfortunately I have never received any reply .

The games are great, love the old games I used to play as a kid
