Great service great price and great deal on game

I ordered an item on 9 April for £29.99, I still haven’t received it neither have I received a reply to my e mail!!

I ordered a "game stick"

Having set this up and played a few of the retro games, I was pleased with the item. However some of the games that should be 2 player are not allowing 2 player mode.

I've now reached out to HD Entertainment for help to resolve this twice and only received a standard ""we'll be in touch" response.

After almost a month on and still nothing.

I suppose it's just another "rip you off" compay selling counterfeit goods

I would suggest avoiding them.

I have two projectors from this company, and they are fantastic! The customer service I have received from HDTV entertainment is superlative.

Unfortunately during a recent housemove, I misplaced my remote control units for the projectors. Subsequent to this, I emailed the company to purchase replacements. The customer service team responded to my email immediately and indeed posted me two replacement remote controllers. I received them within a couple of days.... furthermore! They did not charge me for these and sent them complimentary..!!! I cannot fault the communication, products and after sales service I have received..

Great price and service postage was very quick

Only had it for couple weeks and keeps cutting off. Also turned to Chinese writing so can't read it

Very little communication, I've had to chase for delivery, gamestick was disappointing and took too long to respond to my emails and I'm still awaiting a refund after well over a week. Again I've no response from email.

Multiple games on different old platforms and two controllers is great. Easy to setup but I would say the image quality of the games is poorer than I was expecting to be honest.

It may be down to the TV resolution I’m using on my TV but I’m not sure. Bought for my two grandsons as they love crash bandicoot.

I bought a game stick 2 few of the games don't work and the ones that do crash I've played on both medal of honor ps1 and half way through they crash i contacted customer service 3 times now they replied once told me what to do which I did and nothing changed also the hdmi extension cable broke in my tv when I took it out the metal part was still in the tv...poorly made I paid 59.99 for something that don't work properly

So I placed an order last Sunday for Air Buds Max - I received order confirmation for next day delivery. So I was expecting them Tuesday but nothing arrived. I requested the tracking information on 3, 4 occasions and every time I got a reply but they wouldn’t give it to me. Just said they can see it has been dispatched by Royal Mail and will be with me by the weekend. They duly turned up yesterday as they said. But it makes you nervous when a seller has a 2.8 rating. As for the goods amazing quality, you would have to really know your stuff to know the difference between them and the Apple ones.

Do NOT buy from their website or from their FB add. I never received my item.

pure shite! The item had already been opened and was probably an item previously returned as per the other reviews.
I wont bother with the details but substandard quality etc... i wont return the item to allow the same cycle to continue. i regret not reading the reviews prior to purchase. Avoid these scammers.

No indication that the item I returned for a refund has been received.and obviously no sign of a refund.

Reading light purchased as a Christmas Present for my avid reading daughter. She loves it!

Wouldn’t even rate this company a 1* but I had no choice,
I purchased a hd game stick pro which was damaged, the company guided me to fix the game stick myself to which I refused. I’ve send the product back, and I’ve send several emails no refund send back to me. Still not refunded my money yet I have send damages stick back. Company have now restricted me from their website and are not replying to any of my messages. Very poor

Have had no delivery details and no update, no replies to emails sent either.

Item arrived, not very good quality, does not do as it says. Returned end of November now in January and still no refund, sent lots of emails but customer service very poor. Will not buy from them again or recommend!!!
