I always use Hi-Q. They are reliable, courteous, kind and never patronising. They explain what they're going to do and how much it will cost before the work is done. And if you are waiting for your car, they have good coffee, biscuits and free WiFi.

Unfortunately, I drove over a screw over the bank holiday weekend and then snapped the wheel locking nut trying to change the tyre. In panic I dumped my car on the forecourt of HIQ in the beforementioned state and posted my key through the door. First thing this morning, HIQ called to find out what had happened and by the time I finished work my car was fully mended. Lovely friendly staff, able to get through on the phone easily and efficiently managed to solve my crisis. The young man on reception was particularly great, greeting me by name on arrival, asking how my day was and keeping me informed throughout the whole process! Thank you very much! Would definately recommend!

Went to HiQ to get some work done on my car and had amazing service, Gary who i was dealing with was so help full and did a great job on my car, even didnt mind answering all my questions i had aswell, great guy. Everything from start to finish was great, great staff all round and a big thank you again to Gary for sorting it all out.

I burst a tyre by clipping a kerb. I assumed that my afternoon was going to be spent phoning around and waiting for a mobile tyre fitter, but HiQ Lancaster sent their mobile tyre fitter within 30 minutes of a phone call. Tyre fitted with minimal fuss and at a very fair price. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I stopped at hi q and was greeted and looked after by keyra she was so polite and friendly which is something you don't always get from a garage her customer service is second to none

I recently visited HiQ garage to get some new tyres fitted and was met by a gentleman called Gary. Gary changed the tyres quickly and professionally and was friendly and helpful throughout. He made the whole process straightforward and hassle free. As a woman I’m always apprehensive about visiting garages with my limited knowledge of cars but Gary immediately put me at ease. He was friendly and professional and explained everything clearly without making me feel uncomfortable or pressured.

I've recently had a lot of trouble with damage caused by potholes to my wheels and tyres and so I am a frequent customer. I have received excellent service from all staff and in particularly by Haydn who during each visit I have made has been attentive, reassuring and extremely thorough in fixing the issue. I had some tyres fitted on my company car at home last week by Chris. He fitted the tyres quickly even in the rain .

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish at the Lancaster branch. They managed to fit my car in at very short notice, and Gary was incredibly friendly and quickly diagnosed the problem. The repair was carried out with a really quick turnaround, and the price was extremely fair.

Everyone I dealt with was polite, professional and genuinely helpful. They even arranged a courtesy car, “Enzo”, at very short notice, which made things so much easier. While they were sorting the courtesy car out, they even offered me tea and biscuits — a small touch, but one that really showed how welcoming and customer-focused they are.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this garage. Great service, honest pricing and genuinely lovely people. I’ll definitely be using them again!

Took my car into Hi Q lancaster for brake discs and pads all round. Found one of the rear calipers was faulty. Gary the technician rang me and explained clearly and professionally what was wrong with the caliper. Given both rear calipers were of a similar age I asked if both could be done. They said they would check for parts and I had my car back by the end of the day. Top service. I wouldn't use any other garage.

Reliable, trustworthy and friendly. Work to your budget and don’t oversell. I went in to have one tyre replaced and that is exactly what they did. They recommended that another tyre would need replacing in the future but didn’t push me into having it done. Thank you
