Needed rear tyres replacing after one popped coming off the motorway. I called up and they fit me in with a same day appointment. Really helpful, genuinely friendly and clearly wanting to get a job done well. Highly recommend

Sam at HiQ quickly and professionally replaced one of my tyres that was pancake flat within an hour and with no appointment!! Sam and the staff at HiQ were responsive, polite and professional and got me back on the road within an hour … awesome 👍

I can’t thank the staff at HiQ enough after the way they helped me out. I had a flat and three dodgy tyres. I also had a hospital appointment 45 miles away and just over an hour to get there. They were able to order and fit the tyres the same day. They also loaned me a car to make sure I got to my appointment. I have always trusted this company but my recent experience showed that they really do ‘go the extra mile’ Thank you!

Absolutely superb service. I needed two new front tyres the same day and HiQ sorted this out for me by ordering in the morning and fitting straight away on arrival at 2pm the same day. I couldn’t be more chuffed, lovely respectful friendly staff. I bought two premium tyres and the fitted price was very competitive. I would highly recommend HiQ and I will certainly use again. Thank you for an excellent service.

Absolutely amazing!! Burst my tyre at 6pm at night. By 4pm the next day they had ordered, had delivered and refitted my new tyre!! What a team! Thank you so much.

Since I moved to Lancaster in 1976 the people at this garage (Hi Q & Tyre Services before that) have looked after my cars consistently well and always with a friendly manner.

Hadyn in the Lancaster branch was amazing when he helped me out this morning. After being left stranded by Halfords Mobile Tyre Fitting (didn't want to put too much torque on the locking nut so just left me with the new tyre), I popped into HiQ with my new tyre and locking nut on the off chance they may be able to help. Haydn removed the locking nut within seconds of my arrival and offered to fit the new tyre whilst I waited. 15 minutes later I was on my way. Great job and great customer service. I've already booked in for my next service and MOT!

I highly recommend the HiQ team been using them for years! My current car has been a real challenge (nightmare) over the years/months and the team at HiQ have gone above and beyond. They are very patient and i always feel like they will do there upmost to get whatever job thrown at them done to the best standard. super efficient and friendly.! All round great service and would use them again and again !

A massive Thankyou to Jordan who came to my rescue after the exhaust fell off my car whilst driving into Lancaster. I got to the garage just as they were closing and asked if he could patch it up so I could get home but he did even better and fixed it properly even though it made him late leaving work. I honestly can’t thank him and the guys at HiQ enough and will definitely use them again.

I had my tyre pressure light come on whilst on the motorway on my Renault Zoe last Friday. I showed up without warning and they were very accommodating. Sam had my tyre off in minutes and completed all the tests, within 20 mins I was on my way. Sam was fantastic and provided an excellent level of service.

Took my car in today for Service & MOT, can't fault the service you get here. Honest garage that goes beyond to help you out, not just to make a quick buck. Trust this garage to take care of my car without a doubt and customer service is 10/10. Thanks Hayden & team amazing as always!

I highly recommend the HiQ team. My car tyre had a puncture and after calling the HiQ office, their mobile tyre repair van was swiftly dispatched to my home. John the technician who arrived was super efficient and friendly. All round great service and would use them again!

We were travelling home when my car had a flat tyre. We called and they were so friendly and could see us straight away. They checked if the tyre could be repaired which it could and fixed it for us. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was very impressed with the service and price. Would highly recommend them

I brought my car in due to an usual and rather worrying sound coming from underneath. The gentleman I spoke to was really helpful and booked me in for a couple of days later. I took my car in a few hours ago and was called back less than an hour later and was told what the problem was (which was due to bad practice elsewhere). The error was fixed and I wasn't even charged for the help I received. It's safe to say the garage now has a new customer and certainly be returning for any work I need in the future. Big relief and a huge thank you to Gary at HiQ Lancaster.

I broke down and was recommended by RAC. Really helpful and fixed my car really quickly. Very efficient. Would definately use them again.
