Brilliant service . They did not have my tyre in stock but they went and picked mine up from another site rather than wait three days for a delivery . Always had great service from Worcester Team.

I'm a regular customer and so it's nice when the guys there remember me and certain things I've had done on my car in the past and check it's ok when I go in for any other issues. Always friendly and chatty and always give great service 😊😊

Hi-Q were extremely quick, they solved the issue fast and were very reasonably priced.

I ordered tyres via the HiQ website, but they weren’t delivered because the system appears to hold incorrect stock/delivery information. As a result, I had to purchase a different tyre at a higher price to get the work done. I raised a complaint with Customer Services and, five days later, I’ve still not received a response. That lack of follow-up is disappointing. To be clear, the staff at the branch were excellent and the quality of the work was good. However, the website/order process and the lack of response from Customer Services reflect poorly on HiQ’s management and customer care. HiQ Customer Services: please can someone contact me to resolve this?

HIQ have been fantastic. I’ve really struggled to find the right tyres for my EV3. Even Kia couldn’t supply. HIQ went out their way to find them and were really good with communicating with me on how long it will take for them to come in. Thank you.

Booked online on Sunday, got a call on Monday to confirm times and dates. The work was carried out efficiently and at a good price. Happy with the service and will be returning again in the future. Friendly staff also.

After a malfunction with the emissions test equipment, my MOT was postponed. The team at HIQ Worcester rearranged for a date that suited me as soon as possible. Malfunctions are unpredictable, so it’s all about how they are handled. They did as well as could be asked and I’m very happy with it.

Took my car in for MOT and tyre change.
A couple of problems but nothing they couldn’t sort out.

When I picked my vehicle up there was a issue with it
My vehicle wouldn’t pull off without stalling the young gentleman was extremely helpful and diagnosed the problem which will be fixed at a later date by the same company
I find the workmen ship at this garage is extremely professional and always helpful
