communication with Holloways of Ludlow was good. The one thing I would like improving is the delivery. They passed on our details to their shipping partner who sent a text message, but because it was an unknown sender, and phones categorise unknown senders in a different page so I missed the text for a few days, and by the time I realised we had lost the delivery window that we wanted. Like everything these days, automated communications are an issue, there is nothing like a good old fashioned call. One of the delivery men was lazy and didn’t want to wheel the item to its destination (I am talking about 1 minute work), luckily the one in charge was really nice so it was done properly in the end

Waited about 5 weeks for items. Instead of 2 of the same pendant lights as ordered; I received 1 the wrong size. I cannot find where to contact the company for a return?

Quality of lights poor and long delays on delivery.
Ordered outside wall lights. Delivery took twice as long as originally advised, although communication about the delay once Holloways was contacted was extremely good. Having then installed the lights (used a qualified electrician) one stopped working after a couple of days, so while the lights look high quality, this didn’t translate into being functional. Very disappointed as lights expensive, took a long time to arrive (over four months) and one out of six doesn’t work!

Store credit of no use as I will not buy from them again.
This unfortunatley is the 2nd time I have to give a bad review. 3 pendant kitchen lights delivered to wrong address 3 times. Paid my electrician to fit them. 2 were broken and the 3rd was unsafe to hang as the fitting was the same as the 2 broken ones. Holloways sent out 3 new flex and fitments to the wrong address again.. We have had to go collect each wrongly delivered parcel;. My Electrician came again to fit them so I had to pay him again.. I contacted Holloways and they offered me store credit. NO thank you wouldnt buy any thing from them again.
