We used hotel direct as we had received a gift voucher. Everything about the process was smooth and easy. The gentleman who made our initial booking was so friendly and helpful. It was nice to receive the email before travelling all was confirmed with the hotel. No concerns at all and would 100% recommend and use again in future.

I booked a twin with two single beds, when I received the train tickets plus letter with details of times and hotel, it only stated one room 2 guests. I rang hotels direct to verify I'd get what I'd booked, as in the past, arriving at the hotel, found we had a double. I was told I would have to ring the hotel and arrange this. I did and the hotel were very helpful even emailing me immediately with confirmation. This reflects badly on your company, surely booking through you all requests should be honoured Eileen McPhee

We booked our London theatre break with hotel direct and we’re not disappointed! Great communication, well organised and great range of hotels and shows available . Included rail tickets in the package made it easy and cost effective for our break. Definitely recommend them and will use them again!

The hotel was perfect and the staff really friendly and helpful. They upgraded us as it was my husbands birthday and also gave us free access to the lounge room. We were 'wowed'. Thank you so much

When there was a problem with our booking going through, a real person sorted it out and emailed asap.
It was a real person who phoned to check if our room request was for a double or a twin.
I'm happy to book online but need the reassurance that there are humans there to solve any glitches!

Really simple process with excellent hotel choice

Booking hotel and wicked victoria apollo london,was easy and straight forward.
The location of tower hotel was great for all travel boat tube taxi or bus.
We cant fault it at all
Wicked was amazing to watch.

Had a four day/three night city break in Edinburgh, Hotel Direct was a great way to book both train and hotel at the same time and worked out cheaper than booking the train and hotel individually.

Everything went smoothly with the rail and the hotel very impressed and was good value for money. Would definately use you again.
