Cheap but awful customer service
Cheap for a younger driver.
Online services are decent but minimal.
Phone CS is dreadful.
Been on for an hour already and I’m minded just to cancel given I need to change the policy anyway.

Awful. It doesn't state clearly that you cannot used a european Confirmation of No Claims when starting your insurance, and the telephone support/customer service is a joke. Avoid.

Very poor website.
Created an account, paid for a policy, can’t access the website or any of my documents. Tried to register will not accept a password that follows the instructions.
