I Love Fancy Dress Reviews 

I live locally to the shop/warehouse. They have a counter for collections placed via their website and obviously they post orders out. I went to the counter and was served by a lady called Melanie. What a superstar. I explained my 9 year old had World Book Day but being a big lad (at 9 years old!) most kids costumes wouldn't fit. I explained he wanted to go as The Highway Rat. This lady knows her stock! In moments she organised a Tunic/Cape/Sword/Dick Turpin Hat and Mask to be picked at the warehouse side. I paid by card no fuss and was out in 15mins! Melanie apologised for the delay but said next time pre-order to collect on the web so I wouldn't be kept waiting. Can't praise her and the company enough. If you need a costume these are the people you need as they have such a vast range at a reasonable price.

Excellent service. Free delivery next day. When one of the items was incorrect in style, sent correct one next day. No quibble & no need to send other one back. They answer the phone quickly, (another plus).

I want to say I ordered a Wednesday dress for my daughter and it was small with missing hair and Melanie went out her way and helped me and got another one sent out for the next day and it fit and my daughter can enjoy her birthday I want to say a big thank you to Melanie for going out her way and helping me and took the call very professionally her customer service was amazing x

Amazing company. I had a part missing on an item I bought and the ladies went above and beyond to rectify this for me.
