This company need to be taken to Court for the spam they send. These people have been sending me spam for 4 months. 4 months of emails I have asked to unsubscribe to. Will consider filing a Court claim but have sent a letter before action.

Edit: I have contacted help desk they just ignore.

I find it Incredulous that Infoserve charge you to create a web site then expect you to pay £630 per year to maintain and promote your website . Then ask you to pay a further fee to maintain your website at the top of the search engines listings. Then a further fee to enhance your emails?
You only get one call per year for customer service and if you miss that call they don't call back .
Unless they improve their customer service, don't even think about using them for your business!!

Have used Infoserve to manage my PPC and SEWO campaigns for over 6 years. Very happy and would recomend hghly, They have made a positive difference to my business and are good value.

More unsolicited emails from Matt Budd, clearly not what one would expect from a company with 25 years experience - certainly not the actions one would expect of a reputable company

The advisors are on hand at all times to offer quality support, and are always professional and patient. Offering excellent solutions to issues such as Outlook at competitive prices. The frequent progress updates are also relevant and sound.
Generally good quality service from the Infoserve team

Their website contains a trustpilot logo with 5 stars, when we know full well that they don’t have 5 stars. Unethical behaviour of this sort does not give you confidence and trust in the company

Infoserve made it easy for me to optimize my website for online visibilty with Listing Manager account page giving me access to my dashboard. I monitored all calls and first visits customers for August and September. August was slow as before while the listing manger started to work but we have seen good improvement in Septembers customer visits and calls.

SPAM - Unsolicited emails

Update - You missed the point. I should not have to send you my email address to have it removed from your spam mailing list. I should not be on there in the first place. Not to mention there is no option to unsubscribe. Looks like I'm not the only one either, based on other negative reviews. If you spam people, that's what happens.

Unsolicited emails from "Matt Budd"

Ironically telling me it's my "last chance" to get a deal I never asked for in the first place. They even admit to breaking the law in their email footer.

it says, "You are receiving this email because we found your contact details online and believe you may be interested in our services. If you would no longer like to get emails from us you can stop them here."

By openly admitting that they “found my contact details online” and added me to their mailing list without consent, they are effectively confirming a breach of GDPR and PECR regulations. Sending unsolicited marketing emails without a lawful basis is unlawful, and I will be reporting this to the ICO.

Asking for my email is bizarre rather than addressing the issue at hand. I'm happy to send evidence of your GDPR breach to you and the ICO.

Professional advices, kindly communications, fast actions, etc

Despite calling and replying to a couple of emails to confirm that we are not interested in the services that Infoserve have to offer they simply keep on sending spam. For a company that claims to improve the image of others they are damaging their own image by being so ignorant of requests to stop their unsolicited email campaign that seems to use unverified lists of email accounts that were never opted in.
