Just wanted to send a huge thank you, the Gazebo was brilliant.
Its has a strong frame, very robust. the printing looked superb and the tie down kit was easy to use.

The weather was a little boisterous at times but it was easy to set up, easy to take down and great to use. The weights worked a treat, but t I did tie it to two cars to as we are on top of a hill and with 400 plus visitors onsite last night, I didn’t want to squash any of them.

I’m very pleased with the gazebo we purchased from Instant Promotions. it went up quickly and easily and everyone commented on not only how good it looked, but also that it’s well made and everything is good quality, even down to the securing straps, which were notably well designed and made. I was particularly impressed with the website and how quickly you responded to my initial inquiry with a 3D visual of the design. I also liked how the website gave clarity of the the different options and how they looked. Finally the optional Pro Bag is again well made as are the other two bags that came with the gazebo.

I purchased a gazebo with side panels, matching table cloth and a back panel. Absolutely over the moon with the structure, ease of erecting the canopy and the overall professional look. I loved it so much, I returned to buy an extra canopy for the structure. The material is great quality, the gazebo comes in a bag on wheels. Couldn't ask for more. Would highly recommend Instant Promotion from ordering to delivery. I'll be back :-)

We made an enquiry with Instant Promotion just under a week before we need to promote our brand at various shows across the country.
Not only did they deliver on time in such a short space of time, but they kept in touch with us every step of the way and answered all of our questions immediately (and we probably were quite annoying).

Bill was on hand every step of the way and ensured the team helped with the designs, even redesigning part or our logo to make sure it was in vector format. When I looked online there were so many companies, so many sponsored adverts.
What I will say is I’m so impressed with how responsive Instant Promotions have been, the advice freely offered, it’s all been so positive, something that’s unusual these days, a company who are service driven.
I will give a special hour out to Bill, we had a very tight deadline, Bill was superb forwarding the artwork for approval on which they did a brilliant job and delivering on time.

We have used Instant promotion for branded gazebos over the last few years. When we rebranded they supplied a new tent for our existing frame. They also helped us out with rapid delivery of spare parts when our gazebo was damaged in a storm.

We recently sent our gazebo to them for cleaning and on its return the courier had lost one of the boxes with part of our tent in. After some back and forths with the courier in an attempt to track down the parcel to no avail, Instant Promotion reprinted all of the missing parts and sent them to us efficiently and free of charge.

I was after a branded inflatable gazebo to support a clients event. I was pointed in the direction of this company by a colleague. I reached out with a rough idea of what I want and quickly got a response and expert advice on what might best suit my needs. I ended up with two inflatable spider domes, all branded and delivered to my client on time and within budget. Cant recommend them enough :)

I just needed to let you know how impressed I am with this product! It was purchased to provide emergency (outdoor) storage – the requirement for which, ended up lasting a lot longer than originally intended. It was pitched in June 21 and has stood, through two Cumbrian winters, until February 23. It was guy roped at the corners and the frame legs were standing directly onto grass. The paintwork is still intact and is still in good condition on the top and underside of the baseplates with the exception of one of the undersides which has lost some of its coating. The heavy duty frame, despite movement in high wind conditions, has remained undistorted and the coating remains in perfect condition. The Black Canvas has well retained its colour and not faded. I am not in the habit of placing product reviews but wanted to share this experience as I feel that the quality of this product is exceptional and that the information should be shared.
