I approached Invictus Active as I was looking for a lightweight active manual chair. They recommended the Quckie Nitrum chair, and they gave me a comprehensive assessment to make sure the chair was right for me, answering all my questions. The handover went well and they ensured it was fitted correctly to me and my Triride. Fantastic customer service, definitely recommend!

Well what can I say about Invictus Active. For a start they have gone above and beyond for me they got my new icon60 wheelchair too me in time for my holiday and they even managed to get my custom jay seat to me in time aswell. I can't thank the Invictus team enough. And I will definitely be getting all the stuff I need from them in the future.

Website easy to use great customer service and great product

I recently purchased a custom Quickie Argon 2 rigid wheelchair from Invictus Active and I am absolutely delighted with it! There are numerous reviews of this excellent wheelchair online so I’ll be brief, the Argon 2 is so customisable, of lightweight construction and it is so easy to push, so I will focus the service from Invictus Active. From start to finish, the process was straightforward and professional. Danielle was so responsive to my messages and if she couldn’t answer more technical questions, the wheelchair experts (who are fellow wheelchair-users) were incredibly knowledgable and gave me fantastic advice on the right options for me with any “up selling” whatsoever. The communication was excellent from start to finish. The net result was a wheelchair that far exceeded my expectations and that I’m sure will last me many years to come. On top of this the prices were very reasonable, amongst the cheapest I could find and the free off-road wheels were the icing on the cake. I would absolutely recommend Invictus Active to anyone, their service is exceptional and being a wheelchair-user owned business means that they really do have their customers interests at heart. I will always use them for any future purchases.

I recently got my wheelchair and TriRide serviced by Invictus Active after buying them a couple of years ago. The entire process was excellent - they accomodated a pick-up and drop-off shipping service for me as I was unable to visit the warehouse in person, and the entire team showed endless patience and helpfulness, from coordinating the shipping times with me through email, to advising me through WhatsApp on how to make the final adjustment to the TriRide after the return shipping. The service itself was fantastic, I love having my wheelchair and TriRide back in perfect condition, and I'll be going on as many trips as possible thanks to the team at Invictus Active!

After testing the beach wheels, I've decided to keep them.

I used them on a beach with very soft sand, and although it took noticeably more effort to push, they made the beach accessible. It was the first time I'd been able to reach parts of that beach that I couldn't access before, so they definitely achieved what I was hoping for.

They also perform very well on stony beaches and beaches with mixed sand and shingle, providing much better stability and reducing the risk of sinking compared with my standard wheels.

I also think they would work well on muddy terrain, although I haven't had the chance to test them yet as it's currently summer and the ground has been dry.

Overall, while they do require more effort to propel on very soft sand, they have opened up beaches and coastal areas that were previously inaccessible to me. For that reason, I've decided to keep them.

I purchased the invictus active trainer and additional 1kg and 3kg weights to aid weight loss and improve fitness. I love my machine, it’s fairly easy to assemble and use - getting in and off took a little bit of practice at the beginning but can now do it with ease. The additional weights add extra resistance to wheeling. It’s a great investment if getting to the gym is a challenge.

Excellent customer service and fantastic communication, I purchased firstly the freewheel and adaptor for my manual wheelchair and just took delivery of the wheelchair trainer standard. Everything is fantastic quality I had some slight difficulty with assembly but that is because I am dual sensory impaired. All came right in the end , so pleased to be able to improve my wheelchair stamina and physical health independently. I would definitely recommend and I am going to purchase the 1 & 3kg weights to the 2kg weights supplied.

I recently ordered a wheelchair and power attachment through Invictus Active, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received throughout the entire process.

From the initial enquiry and ordering stage, the team were friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They took the time to explain my options clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and informed before making any decisions.

The handover experience was particularly impressive. Kenzy, who assisted me on the day, was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to thoroughly explain all of the chair’s functions and features, making sure I understood everything and felt confident using the equipment. He was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout. Nothing felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure I got the most out of my new chair and power attachment.

What has stood out most is that the excellent service didn’t stop once the sale was complete. The aftercare and ongoing support have been just as good, which is incredibly reassuring. Knowing there is a knowledgeable and responsive team available if I need advice or assistance makes a huge difference.

Purchasing mobility equipment is a significant decision, and Invictus Active made the entire experience straightforward, stress-free, and positive from start to finish. The quality of customer service has been exceptional at every stage.

Brilliant went down to be measured for a new wheelchair and power attachment kenzy took the time to go over everything and to answer all of my questions and is very knowledgeable it was lovely to have no one else in the show room and to have the time to properly go over everything when the wheelchair came the foot plate was to short for my feet but they promptly fixed this for me. Overall a great experience thank you.

Had my eye on the Track Wheel which Invictus Active sell for a while now. I really find the front wheel castors a pain so wanted something that would lift them off the ground. I saw the single arm trackwheel and the double arm track wheel. I thought it would be better for me to have the double arm. After a bit of back and forward with Invictus Active, their support said they weren't sure it would work with my current chair because of the foot rest straps. it was then decided the single arm track wheel would be better but for this I would need to order a new foot plate. Firstly, the foot plate sent was the wrong size. I take responsibility for this as I did click the wrong size, however I had sent Invictus Active a picture of my foot plate with a tape measure before ordering. I wrongly presumed the order would be based on this and it didn't matter what size I clicked. I explained it was my fault and they sent another foot plate. They said they do normally charge for this but because I was a loyal customer, they waived this fee which I appreciated. This was the right size but the larger foot plate that I purchased just would not tighten. I took it off and tried the track wheel without it. The track wheel was an absolute nightmare. It just kept slipping, it wouldn't stay attached. Credit where credit is due, at all times Invictus Active were on the end of an email, talking me through what could be the issues. I really appreciated the help as this literally went on for over a month. It still wouldn't stay attached though and the foot plate kept slipping so as a last attempt to get things sorted Invictus Active said they would send another foot plate for me to try. The email before this pretty much said "Not really sure how we can help any further". Fair enough, I was ripping my hair out as well. The next foot plate arrived, but it didn't have holes in to attach the larger foot plate. The track wheel worked and the foot plate wasn't slipping round like before. I am not sure what was up with the other foot plate but there was clearly an issue there. I sent an email confirming everything worked and mentioned it not having holes for the larger foot plate. They said if I returned it in mint condition they would refund it. I told them I was happy to cover the cost of returning it (again) as by this point I was just so happy everything was working. I told them I would also return the other parts that they had sent me (wrongly sized foot plate tube etc). I returned this via Royal Mail recorded postage. Someone at Invictus Active signed for it on the 13th April, almost 1 month ago. I have sent two emails concerning the refund but have not had a single response. This is hugely disappointing as I sent everything back as I received it (it wasn't 100% mark free when it came, and I do have pictures of this). This is my 2nd order and the first one was superb (you can check my review history to see how happy I was) so I am gutted that I have had to leave this review. To be perfectly honest, it's the refund situation that has really left a sour taste in my mouth, it's just pretty poor form really.

Refund issue sorted, Danielle explained they've had a few road shows on and that's the reason the refund has taken a bit longer than it should have done. Changing my review to 5 stars because the amount of time Danielle and Zoe took helping me get the track wheel sorted was first class, I honestly don't think another company would have bothered.

I was reccomended Invictus through other disabled people and I was 100% happy with the service they have provided. I went for a custom wheelchair which was the argon 2 with e-motion wheels. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with helping me aquire my first custom chair.

I recently purchased the active track wheel along with the off road wheels and they are brilliant. Being able to move on grass more freely without constantly getting the castor wheels stuck is a game changer. The staff are always helpful and I shall continue to being a returning customer. If anyone is hesitant please don't be you won't regret it.

I needed a replacement footrest for my wheelchair and found a suitable option on the invictus active website giving me the option to cut the tube myself, as a former engineer I knew that I could manage this so followed the YouTube video on the website how to measure the tube thickness and ordered the replacement footrest it's suitable for using to connect a trackwheel attachment too so an added bonus as I have one of those, the communication about delivery is really clear and detailed and delivery was exceptionally quick, the footrest was exactly as described and I was able to cut the tubes to fit using a hacksaw and had the footrest fully fitted in around 20 minutes, as expected I needed to tighten the grub screws the next day to ensure it will stay in place when using the trackwheel and I expect I'll need to check this from time to time as with any of the other nuts and bolts on the wheelchair, I went out to do parkrun in my wheelchair with the trackwheel and found it was pretty much perfect I'm really happy with my footrest and the entire experience of buying from invictus active and I will be back again next time I need to repair or replace my wheelchair

I purchased some off-road tires and I'm absolutely thrilled with them!

I bought the Invictus Active Wheelchair Trainer in a bid to kick-start my cardio fitness after losing my leg a couple of years ago.
Delivery was prompt and, with some help from a few videos, I was able to put the machine together with little fuss. I was surprised at how little space it takes up (a) when being stored and (b) being used.
Setting up and beginning to use the trainer is relatively straightforward and every time I needed any help at all I got extremely helpful and speedy email replies from the team. The team also sent numerous emails to support the whole process over the next couple of days and this helped a lot.
There are useful tutorial videos by Ella, which really helped getting started but it is fairly simple to create a workout of your own.
Up to this point I would say 5 stars out of 5.

However, I opted to pay £100 extra for the "Smart" model, which comes with a speed and distance sensor, heart rate monitor and additional 2kg weights as well as access to an app called 'Wahoo'.
Currently, I don't feel that I am getting any extra value from the additional tech and app. I do have emails saying that more support is coming around the wahoo app and sensors but feel that the extra outlay has not yet proven to be worth it.
I use another app (Seconds), which I find easy to set up tabata-style.wrlorkouts. This suits me at present because I'm looking for fitness in general, rather than going for a specific distance or speed, which I guess Wahoo is set up for.
It's a small but expensive gripe on my part which I hope will be resolved as more functionality and support comes along through Invictus.
Above all, however, the Wheelchair Trainer has allowed me to re-start my cardio fitness in a fun and easy way, with lots of support from the team and I'm looking forward to feeling the benefits as time goes on.

I visited Invictus Active yesterday and had a most enjoyable experience. Upon arrival I was impressed with a reserved signposted parking spot. I was impressed by the young man who dealt with me, he listened to what I had to say when I explained my intended purchases without giving me the usual sales talk and upselling speech. Even the admin staff were most helpful when called upon for help.
This is the place to go to when you have mobility needs.

Thank you all at Invictus Active yesterday

I ordered the Vigeo Off-Road Wheels to help me manoeuvre through the snow/slush/ice we get during Scottish winter, and they did not disappoint! The team got in contact to let me know that the wheels were on back order and it would be several weeks until they would be in the UK and available for delivery. They offered an ex-demo set for a cheaper price, but I was happy just to wait. They were absolutely worth the wait!!

Great customer Service and good response times

From first contact the whole team were helpful and considerate. Visit were never rushed, even when it was obviously end of the day some staff stayed to ensure everything was sorted before i left. Nothing seemed too much trouble, plus some of the team there are wheelchair users, so not only are they knowledgeable they also have first hand expetience. They also guide you to whats right for you as a customer, not what is the most expensive, infact guided me away from certain expensive items where my budget was better uaed elsewhere. Great great experience all round. Oh and unlike some other companies, phone messages or emails get replied to as soon as they can. Will be using them for all my future equipment needs.
