Invictus Active Reviews

Had an excellent experience purchasing from Invictus Active. Was on the lookout for some off road wheels and they had the best price and exactly what I was looking for. Navigating the website and making the purchase was super easy, and delivery was fast. I'd managed to order the wrong size of pins for the wheels and their staff were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue and swapping the pins for the correct size. Definitely will be using them again in future!

Very good and reliable

your service was very good despite a hold up you did everything possible and delivered my wheelchair ASAP

I'm writing this review because I entered a draw to win some wheels I was then asked to write a review this is the review you just read.

If your in a wheelchair these are the people to talk to

I bought an icon 60 wheelchair a year ago and the team were amazing. I had a few questions prior to purchase and invictus active were quick to respond with answers and very friendly. Highly recommend them. They are now my go to company for anything wheelchair related.

I would recommend these guys to anyone the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Great company & excellent service

Friendly and professional

Due to deteriorating mobility I needed to get a proper fitted wheelchair. Scott at invictus active was very knowledgeable and helpful. I received my new wheelchair yesterday, never thought I’d be so excited about a new wheelchair but I love it! Whole process was very smooth and communication was excellent.

Brilliant bunch of people to deal with, they really do give a f#@* and it shows.

Personal service and demo when we collected my chair, great, timely service whenever I've needed them since.

Delivery is products is very quick and the communication from the team at Invictus is second to none. Really good value for money!

I recently ordered a pair of Spinergy wheels from Invictus. I contacted them first with a couple of questions and they couldn't have been more helpful.
I will definitely return for any other items I need.

This company have always been helpful thoughtful and responsive to my needs .plus great after sales service thankyou so much I will be back to see you soon.

Absolutely fantastic company for anyone needing parts or upgrades to wheelchair. Easy website, very easy to speak/email for advice and information. Would highly recommend them, and when I need a new chassis I know where I will be heading!

Great company and a great depth of knowledge.
Always happy to help and answer any questions. 👍

The whole project from beginning to end was an absolute Joy. David the engineer/technician was brilliant. It’s a pity that other companies can’t be the same as Invictus. My active wheelchair is a work of art and David got the measurements right down to the mm. The admin staff are first rate and I think they can teach other customer service providers a thing or two. Thank you Invictus for such a great experience.

I had a scissor break fail on my wheelchair resulting in unable to lock the wheel from moving and needed a replacement ASAP. Invictus active had just the part I needed. They were a good price and very quick to deliver. I have them saved in my favourites as I know I can get quality products always.
