Invictus Active Reviews

Great straight from the get go, fantastic communication and customer service.

Purchased a set of off-road wheels and a trackwheel and was amazed at the durability and new levels of accessibility this set up has and will give me going forward.

I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone and will no doubt be using them again in the near future.

Incredible service.
I was worrying sick how I would be able to afford an active wheelchair after suffering a spinal cord injury in May.
Invictus active so a deposit scheme and then ypu pay by direct debit.
This was the only way I could get a wheelchair.
I was backwards and forwards with Danielle about what wheelchair to go for after being given a very heavy, unusable wheelchair by wheelchair services, I had very specific requirements.
With a lot of thought, I went for the Rehasense icon 60, mainly as it is fully adjustable and my first active wheelchair, and it is safe to say, it is the best decision I've ever made.
Nothing was too much trouble for Danielle.
I highly recommend Invictus Active.

Thank you Invictus!
I adore my icon 60 active wheelchair and track wheel they has given me so much freedom. Their customer service is amazing too.
I highly recommend them.

Invictus Active give amazing service all the way from ordering to aftercare.
They are very knowledgeable about all their products and have very comparable prices.

Outstanding customer service from Invictus.
I'm pretty new to using a wheelchair and had been using a a wonky wheel wheelchair from a second hand sales website. So when buying a proper wheelchair I lots of 'silly questions', I'd asked similar questions in various care equipment shops and was pretty much told tough-live with it! Whereas Invictus has been brilliant, quick replies and patient considered responses - answered all the questions and supplied me with something that meets my needs and didn't cost the earth. I thoroughly recommend Invictus active

Ordered a new pair of wheelchair castors three days ago and they have just arrived !! Perfect for my needs, Invictus Active have smashed it out of the park once again ! I would highly recommend 👍

I ordered a freewheel but was advised to change to a track wheel. Omg what a game changer. I went on holiday abroad and the paths and kerbs were a breeze. Love it!!!!

Good efficient service. Thank you. The small item was so well packaged!!

Excellent service. Ordered on Wednesday new tyres and innertubes and received by dpd on Friday. Very good price as well. Will definitely use again. Thanks

What an amazingly helpful company. Scott at Invictus active is such a font of knowledge and so very helpful. What a guy.
My new Trackwheel is absolutely amazing, not many places I can’t get now
Thank you so very much

The wheels where as described and fit perfectly to the chair.
Fast delivery was a welcome bonus
I'm very happy with it.

The freeWheel is so much better than expected, easy to fit and makes pushing far easier. You can maintain a decent speed without the resistance of the front castors slowing you down and hitting every small rut. I wouldn't have bought it had I not seen the trial period offered by Invictus which has given me the chance to see how good it actually is, so thanks 👍

This is the best purchase I have made since being a wheelchair user.
I’m already seeing a difference in my pushing skills outside and have only been using for 2 weeks.
I recommend every wheelchair user to purchase.
My sleep has improved, my mood has improved, and I look forward to exercising more.

Absolutely the best company I’ve purchased items from for my wheelchair.
I was struggling with skinny slick tyres to go across grass or gravel areas, which stopped me from getting out and about. I was looking at a set of off-road wheels and tyres and I came across an eBay listing for exactly what I was after for a good price, which got even better after the purchase.
The guys were completely honest and explained that they had a set, but noticed some marks on the push rims. They have ordered new stock, but couldn’t say when due to the pandemic. I requested pictures of the marks and after coming to an agreement, I bought them.
A few months later I purchased the Freewheel to allow me to traverse all terrains even easier, as it lifts the small front castors up giving more ground clearance.
Once again the guys were great and I will be ordering other parts/upgrades in the future.

Excellent company, great customer service, good communication.

Amazing customer service. Kept in contact with me throughout the process of my order, confirmed measurements were correct before sending equipment, and super fast delivery. Great phone support after purchase too, when I needed some advise on attachments.

I love the race chair rollers. Delivered on time and they do what it says on the tin

Made the whole process of accepting the need for wheelchair, both positive and relatively easy. My chair is very comfortable and a perfect fit.

Excelent help via email regarding any questions

Best place to get equipment for the wheelchair!
