I organized the move of my frozen ovocytes from Australia to Switzerland with IVF Couriers in December 2024 after two months of detailed planning with them and the two clinics, going from A to B. The team was very friendly and professional during the whole process with great communication and attention to details. I can also confirm that this is an extremely reliable courier for such a delicate transport and that they took great care of the frozen ovocytes as once defrosted and made into the embryos with the sperm of my partner, it lead to a pregnancy, our baby girl is due soon in March. :)

IVF couriers were amazing. they helped with a transport from New Zealand to Amsterdam. They made what could have been a very stressful and anxious time very easy for us, especially because of the distance between each country. They had great communication with us, the receiving and departing clinics as well. It was also important for us to have a hand hold, accompanied courier service and IVF couriers offers this service.

I highly recommend this service. The communication was great from the very beginning, and the team was very responsive. Everything was handled professionally, and the tissue arrived safely. Placing your full trust in a company to handle and transport frozen gamete is obviously both a delicate and difficult process. IVF Couriers surpassed all expectations and delivered a "white glove" level of service that I thought no longer existed in today's day and age. IVF Couriers' team is very responsive, efficient and kind hearted. They cared and took take care of my samples and (sometimes silly) questions with patience and high professionalism. The shipment of my samples was done quickly and without any problems at all, showing their professionalism in handling this kind of very sensible transport. I can only recommend, and thank them again deeply for all their efforts, from the person having effectively travelled with and looked after my samples, to the finance and administrative teams.

One thing they could improve is the maximum liability under their contract (i.e. GBP 8000), which is the maximum coverage their own insurers agree to cover. The thing is, that depending on the type of sample and in which country they were collected and stored before transport, this amount may not cover all the costs related to the extraction and preservation of your samples (and not counting compensation for moral damage). IVF could in my view go beyond what their insurers offer in case of damage to the samples, and make that extra step to either not set any maximum liability, or at least increase their limit (and cover that extra GBP 3000 or 4000 from their own pocket in case a GBP 8000+ damage arrise).

Since they have 100% successful transports (according to what I was told by IVF), I think they could take this very small risk. This would completely reassure their clients that in case of any problem (which can happen whatever the professionalim of the services provider), their damages would be covered. At the same time, this would show that they are true professionals trusting their own services a 100%, uplifting their image even more.

The whole process was super smooth. We shared some information as part of filling out a form and the IVF Couriers team handled everything else. I still can’t believe how easy they made this whole experience. I would recommend them to everyone.

I came across IVF Courier while planning my IVF treatment in Cyprus, and from the very beginning, Susan was an absolute blessing. She was kind, patient, and always ready to help. Although we couldn’t fully use their services due to legal restrictions on transport, Susan supported us every step of the way.

Wonderful experience. Within an hour of submitting an online request for a quote with special requests (tight timeline, international shipment from US to EU), I received a call from the UK office. They took the time to make sure they understood my constraints and needs and walk me through the somewhat complicated process. Questions I had were answered promptly. The only thing that would have made the experience even better would be a live tracker on the shipment for those of us with type-A personalities.
