I ordered 4 tickets for an event in October 2025 which was cancelled and rescheduled for January 2026 which I can't attend due to other commitments. However this company is refusing to acknowledge my emails, social media contact and refusing to refund my money by ignoring me..
I have no option now but to take legal action and also contact WATCHDOG

Take your money then cancelled events without advising us. Offer the option of a full refund, then nothing. Still waiting for my refund for an event that was cancelled in March 2025 then October! Rubbish company, I don't recommend anyone books with them.

I wish I shared my bad experience sooner. I had bought 3 tickets last June for Tribute to the music of Harry Potter concert in Feb at Guildford Cathedral. I was notified cancellation in January and asked for refund as unable to make new date. No one responded to my emails. I contacted Amex who asked me to contact merchant and only claim after event, I tried several times to contact the merchant. I asked Amex to refund again after the event as non fulfillment of service but claim rejected. Amex said unfair to merchant and should have claimed earlier. So was on lose lose situation. I think dodgy merchants are operating on Facebook. Please be careful,

Concert at Chester cancelled. Promised refund and still waiting.
Tried to track them down but the whole thing now looks like a scam. Webpage looks knocked together offering similar events.
I have checked this company out and their address is only temporary offices.

As per previous reviews. John Williams concert at Chester Cathedral postponed in February and subsequently cancelled in October. Refund offered but 2 months on and this has still not been honoured. Avoid this company at all costs. Fraudsters.

Similar to other reviews concert was cancelled twice the final time at such short notice we were left with travel and hotel costs. Company have been almost impossible to contact and we still haven't had our refund. Do Not Use Them.

Stay away from this company. Bought tickets to a concert that was cancelled a few days before. They said they'd refund but nearly 2 months later and nothing has been sent, they've stopped answering emails and ignored all messages on their social media channels too. I'm having to go through credit card refund to get the money back. Don't trust them and definitely don't buy tickets to any of their shows.

Beware if they cancelled John Williams concert! They messed me around with not refunding tickets so I went through credit card refund, and they have the CHEEK to contest this with the credit card company. They sent a 3 oage pdf stating goods ordered we're received, fascinating when the concert was cancelled!!

They have been sneaky enough to wait for Black Friday and into Christmas present buying season, so beware to all who bought these tickets in good faith.

Still waiting for refund from Feb 25 event at Chester Cathedral which was postponed until Oct 25 then cancelled approximately 3 days before. Had email saying cancellation and refund offered, 2 months+ on, still no refund despite numerous emails, messages on social media, contact number not recognised. Avoid. Update 26/01/26, well there is no update totally ignoring all attempts to contact.

Buyers beware.

Booked a concert in Chester for Feb 25 . This was cancelled and rearranged for October . This again was cancelled and we were offered a refund . I have requested this over 6 times now and I am still waiting along with other customers . Please avoid
