Great company. Bought a ring for my son for Christmas but when it arrived I realised I had measured incorrectly. This wasn’t a problem for Jewellery Box. Customer service was superb. I returned the ring and they swapped it for a larger size and posted straight back out. The ring itself looks lovely and I’m sure my teen son will be made up with the gift. Will definitely be buying more for this company and recommending.

Ordered some 16mm ear rings. Received 13.5mm,not a big difference to some people but they were what my partner wanted. I would have thought checking of dispatching items was standard nowadays.

Left a one star because I am unable to leave zero stars. Ordered a necklace on 19/9/25 ordered and paid for had an email of confirmation paid for 24 hr delivery had an email approx 4 hours later say they could not find the item in their warehouse this was on the Friday And they would do a search on the Monday this is the first time using this company and the last.

beautifully crafted Saint Christopher ,nice silver chain (choice of lengths)complimented the pendant .Came with a pouch I paid extra for a presentation box (well worth it ). delivery service excellent . would recommend and use again

I chose this fine silver chain so I could fit my pendant on it. It’s very fine and looks really gorgeous. It arrived with many kinks in it so initially I was worried but I carefully untwisted it and it hasn’t kinked since. Arrived swiftly too. Very happy.
