I am 91 years old I use to pay you on line , this new way of payment made me late 4 days as I didn't know how to do it , I had to wait for help, so you must exuse me for being late 4 days

Visited the website to get a quote - as it was over 30 days since the last quote I was asked to fill in the details again, which I did.

I received an email asking a question that had already been answered when I filled out the details as above. It asked me to amend the quote to provide the answer I had already given.

When I clicked amend the quote it expected me to fill the entire form out again - I would essentially fill out the same info I did the first time and presumably get the same result.

I called the number and explained and they basically said to do just that - fill out the form again. Were unable to take the info over the phone. Gave up.

This is the first time that I have paid for my policy online - it was a simple process and very secure.

We have been Just Landlords customers for the last 6 years. We NEVER get a renewal notice by post/email etc. However, we get a "your insurance has lapsed" letter! I have renewed since receiving this but it has cost me £30 more than last year and the staff at the other end of the phone were not interested in keeping my business.

Quality straight forward service at a reasonable price

should have a receipt or some thing similar after payment.!

Renewal process was very easy would it would have been reassuring to know that I had put in the correct policy number that applied to the property I want to insure.
Cold the Policy number not be cross referenced with the property concerned and confirmed during the renewal process?

Found it to be a very strange decision to remove the liability cover details re occupier / landlord from Schedule of Cover, which had previously been in said Schedule, maintaining cover only within the wording. Strange decision & confusing to customers.

Like the cover good for a rental property. The renewal process is online.

I couldn't find way to see my policy online although all the documents were emailed to me. I would prefer to be able to view policy online and / or contact an advisor directly.

Am happy with the insurance and the service provided. I haven't needed to make any claim, so I can't comment on that. Payment of premium on line was straight forward and without issue today - I tried to pay three days ago and the transaction kept failing, but I don't know if that was caused at my end or yours, but all well now.

Helpful staff on the phone and a straight forward application form with questions that are clear and concise. Swift decision and good communication.

It would be useful, when renewing a policy, to be able to entry the policy number and quote number, and for the cost of renewal to be display by the system, rather than me typing it in.
This would give me more confidence that the payment I am making is going to the right policy.

I forgot to renew and they were extremely helpful. My quote was half of others I researched.

It has been simple and straight forward process that is better than any i have used before.
