This Capybara plushie, stuffed animal is so cute. It's very velvety soft and the perfect combination of squishy and quality. It's a perfect plush. I even bought a second one.

The care and attention that goes into the creation of your plushies is amazing, as is the service you get before and after your purchase. Absolutely worth it.

Poor customer service
The Large Pastel Waterproof Backpack Handbag initially was good but a front zip broke after about 12 wks. I emailed hoping for a replacement as I would class this as faulty goods after such a short time. The only thing they offered to do was a 30.% Discount off a new order They ignored any other email I sent to follow up! Shame their customer service has let them down and put me off further orders

I’ve ordered three sets of bedding from Kawaiies and they’re also so cute and excellent quality. The customer service team are really responsive and helpful with queries too!

I spent $70 on a hoodie that appealed to me which was supposed to be "oversized", went with XXL and it's not even L. Afterwards I ended up finding the exact same hoodie for $15 on Shein. Was a huge let down.

I ordered the shark hoodie and the thing that came was god awful it I ordered size XXL because the site recomended to order one or two sizes bigger and when I opened the package it was maybe M The material was very bad and plastic like, the hoodie strings were yellowish for some reason, the hood was tiny honestly the biggest scam possible don't order no matter what or order at your own risk.

I never received my packages. I have emails of me asking them to refund my package. They told ME to contact the shipping company and fill out a lost package form via USPS. I went as so far to call USPS who said there was no package. AND THEN KAWAIIES proceeded to tell me to file a police report for stolen package??

I spent $70.20 on the purchase I never received. I communicated with ‘Charlie’ via email and it was just them stalling and telling me the company will look into it. This company is a fraud DO NOT PURCHASE YOU ARE WASTING YOUR MONEY!! I never got a reshipment either because they stated they needed to do an investigation on their end. Guess their investigation on their end is still pending since November 4th 2022

Some of my favorite things come from only this store so I like to tell people where they came from. They’re responsive to emails as well.

It was nostalgia that hooked me. Senior citizens remember the feelings generated by plush of days long ago. My sister was hospitalized; my BIL lost his father. They like cats but not the labor. Poe is purrfect. He tickled their funny bones and warmed their hearts! He has presence ~ those eyes!

Absolutely disappointed in this company. I’ve been trying for weeks to get a response to emails and messages. I received a faulty product and they are just not interested.
Definitely would not recommended this company. They do not abide by Uk law.

I never got my package and the company kept going in circles within our emails and avoided providing me a refund. I asked for nothing but a simple refund and they couldn't even give me that -- using the excuse "we're a small company blah blah". I've bought from even smaller companies and entrepreneurs and they had better service.

Purchased a unicorn for my child for Christmas, when it arrived I was very disappointed.
There was many areas that the stitching was open and the stuffing was coming out, the material was not as soft as other similar toys I have bought.

I complained, they responded asking for pictures I sent pictures and videos and they informed me they were going to pass it on to the relevant authorities to check out and that was weeks ago.
I have emailed 3 times chasing the enquiry and they have completely ghosted me.

Do not waste your hard earned cash buying this junk.

On top of a great website and easy ordering from varied selection, Kawaiies delivery care and product quality was top notch. My nephew absolutely loved his Kiwi plush and I highly recommend this lovely and friendly company.

Everything was perfect! The shipping came early, the plushies were rlly nice, it was good quality and everything! I love it so much.

He comprado varios peluches "jeju the Piggy" y son preciosos. A alguno le faltaba algo de relleno (a mi gusto, claro está), pero se soluciona fácilmente con relleno de almohada, ya que vienen con una pequeña cremallera (prácticamente no se ve y es muy útil).
Volveremos a comprar sin lugar a dudas.

I lost my package originally but the customer service was both great and fast and understanding so I was able to find it with help from my post office I love the products they have and the service is so so awesome!! If you’re looking for cozy stuffed animals or just cute adorable stuff I would so so recommend this store because of their high quality items and wonderful service
