We’ve been in our new home for 3 months now and couldn't be happier. Like many buyers, we were worried about being "abandoned" after completion, but Keepmoat has been fantastic.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Keepmoat from start to finish. The whole process was smooth and quick, which made what can often be a stressful time feel straightforward and well managed.
Heather did an excellent job showing me around the property. She took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything clearly. She also worked hard behind the scenes covering all of the paperwork and kept me updated throughout, which I really appreciated.
Customer care has been great and is still ongoing. Steve has also done a fantastic job making sure the property is exactly how it should be and that everything has been completed to a high standard. It’s reassuring to know that the support continues even after moving in.
Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and would definitely recommend Keepmoat.

Awful awful after sales service! They fitted a defective bath and will not sort their own mistake. They are trying to say it’s out of warranty even though I have had issues since I moved in, they even tried to use the excuse that a plumber I hired (by Keepmoats advice!) caused the issue, not sure that’s possible as there had to have been an issue for the plumber to need to come out, make it make sense that it was the plumber that caused the leak?!? Consumer law says I have 6 years when it’s defective! I even emailed the CEO who put me in touch with the Customer Experience Director. They used incorrect information to bat me off and with all the evidence provided they now think good customer service is to just ignore their customer. The NHBC can’t help as I had a third party person look at the bath, however it was Keepmoat who told me to get the third party person out, I naïvely trusted Keepmoat but they clearly knew what they were doing! The CEDR process can’t help as it’s classed as a technical fault. Legal advice say Keepmoat are liable but they just ignore every message. I would have potentially bought another house from them in the future, but I wouldn’t now! Neither will any of my friends or family! Word of mouth goes both ways! Just the worst after sales service of any company I have ever used! Never again!

Oliver did an excellent job filling and painting all the holes in my walls. The work was done neatly and with great attention to detail. He was punctual, polite, and very professional throughout. He made sure everything was smooth and properly finished, and he left the area clean afterwards. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work and would highly recommend his service to anyone who needs wall repairs.

We purchased a Keepmoat Homes property and raised concerns about several snagging issues at our demo stage. Unfortunately, things only got worse once we moved in. Our home was not cleaned before handover, and workmen left mess and equipment behind in the property. Within only two days of moving in, we reported over 60 snagging issues—the condition of the house was nowhere near acceptable for handover.
Since then, the customer care experience has been extremely poor. We have repeatedly been fobbed off, and many of the repairs carried out have either been done incorrectly or have caused further damage. We have had over 70 visits from various trades attempting to fix issues, with no real end in sight.
Despite being incredibly flexible and patient— even stepping aside for a few weeks so the site team could finish other homes first—our own property remains unfinished. We were promised our back garden would be completed in October, and it is now February, with no progress. That alone speaks volumes.
Our front door has been attended to more than 12 times, yet daylight still comes through. As a result, our heating has had to remain on constantly to combat the cold, leading to increased bills for which we have not been compensated.
Our ensuite has been unusable for five weeks due to a cracked shower tray. Keepmoat attempted three separate repairs before finally agreeing to replace it. During these works, they damaged our shower screen and replaced it with another faulty screen. When removing the most recent one, they chipped the tiles—and now want to “repair” them rather than replace, despite admitting they cannot provide a warranty on the repair. How are we expected to trust that?
Our kitchen has had over half of the units replaced, yet the surfaces continue to chip and crack, and again we are continually dismissed.
This is only a small insight into what we have experienced: incorrectly fitted external lighting, gloss paint on walls and emulsion on skirtings, and even a hole in the floor. The list goes on.
Had we known then what we know now, we would not have purchased this property. The aftercare service is genuinely disgraceful, and based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid.
It's really wonderful experience with keepmoat sales team. Especially Kim, is so lovely and always have smile on her face. I honestly recommend kim to my family and friends

Avoid them. Bought my house 4 years ago and they’ve abandoned all residents and sold off loads of the houses to social tenants, who have wrecked the area.
What’s worse is that in the past 6 years, they’ve not legally signed over the site to the council so the council refuse to fix the issues, massive litter dumping issue and derelict park they built which looks like a swamp.
We’re now having to sell the home at a massive loss - and many other people are too.
We live on rigby way in Middleton. Keepmoat are a bunch of cowboys who make you review early and then they’ll stab you in the back once they’ve made their money.
They should be ashamed of themselves for the damage and state they’ve left the site.
