Oh dear!
Bought a product, which didn’t work. Contacted Customer Setvice, who promised me gift vouchers. They didn’t send them!
When I asked how to get the money off a different product, they couldn’t understand that they hadn’t actually sent me a voucher with a code.
I spoke to them again and they decided to send ne the original product, which doesn’t work!
Not really that impressed!

Having reviewed your correspondence with our Customer Service team, I can see that after you contacted us regarding your lawn edgers, we arranged compensation under our guarantee in the form of a Kent & Stowe e-gift card to cover the full replacement value of the tool and delivery costs. When further issues arose, we also arranged for a replacement tool to be sent.
It is clear from your review that the resolution did not go as smoothly as either of us would have liked, and for that we apologise.

Outstanding Warranty Support From Kent & Stowe
I recently had my carbon steel digging spade snap where the handle meets the socket, so I contacted Kent & Stowe with my proof of purchase and a few photos to check whether it was covered under their 10‑year warranty. I wasn’t expecting much — maybe a generic reply at best.
Instead, within ten minutes a real person responded, reassured me that the claim was fully covered, and issued vouchers for the full value of the spade at its current listing price, plus a postage voucher. It couldn’t have been smoother.
I’m genuinely glad I chose Kent & Stowe for all my gardening tools. Up until now I’ve never needed to use the warranty, but after this experience I feel completely confident that if anything ever goes wrong, I’ll be looked after by a company that truly stands behind its products and its warranty.
Brilliant service — replacement spade already ordered and on its way.

Kent & Stowe replaced a standard…
Kent & Stowe replaced a standard digging spade that had fractured at the joint between the ash handle and the steel collar of the spade. I didn't have the original receipt as it was several years old.
Having sent a photo of the broken item , they said they would replace the spade as new.
A first class response, and very helpful staff.

Garden Fork
I had bought a fork in a garden centre and had no receipt and it became faulty after little use. I called and the issue was resolved by the end of the short call. I received a EGift card which included postage and ordered a new one. Very happy with customer service.

Having reviewed our records, it appears there has been an issue with the courier and the parcel is currently being returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not notified of these situations until the parcel has been processed back through our returns system.
