Bought lawn edging iron thinking it was going to be good!
Bought lawn edging iron thinking it was bound to be good, I'm not sure why are all lawn edging device won't actually cut into my lawn without an enormous amount of effort, my old one, bought at a boot sale was brilliant, but eventually had to replace, now am looking for another one which will be more effective than this poorly designed Kent and Stowe edging iron, my other garden tools seem fine though.

All of our tools come with a guarantee, ranging from 5 - 20 years, depending on the tool. If any manufacturing faults appear during this time frame, we will look into replacing the item.

Quality Control
I was impressed with the helpful and calm response to my issue. I had a quality control problem with a broken handle. The responder dealt with the issue with technical understanding. I asked if i could procure a replacement handle but after some back and forth emailing but was pleasantly surprised , once i had sent photos of the item to be offered a replacement in turn. So all good.

Avoid! They use Evri!
Order KS6502. Avoid!!! Kent and Stowe use Evri and the parcel has been lost. Typical! I have no idea what is happening with my item, spoke to customer service from both Evri and Kent and Stowe. Evri tell me the problem has been solved and have closed the case, apparently it was supposed to be an issue with the depot it went to and they had sorted that. Kent and Stowe told me there is an issue with the label and it can't be read so they would try and get it delivered to me but it might get returned to sender due to this. Tracking has finally been updated and it's being returned to sender. It's coming up to 3 weeks now and delivery was never even attempted. Waste of my time. Honestly, avoid using any company that uses Evri, their products aren't worth the potential headache.
