Great product
Great product. I got a new set of LED TAILIGHTS for my 2020 jeep Gladiator. Easy to install and extremely bright
And look really nice, better than the factory taillights. The customer service is excellent. If you have a problem with anything they get back to you right away. This company i have to say will go out of there way to do what they have to do to make anything that is wrong ,right and to make the customer happy. I had a few little problems with mine and they fixed it right away with kindness. Looking forward to getting another set soon.

Terrible AI BOT customer service
Order was placed at 12:30am EST Sunday, 4/19. I requested to cancel my order at 7:30am EST on 4/19 and I provided the order number as requested.
At 1:59am EST on Monday 4/20 (which is the middle of the night) I received a message in the website’s chat asking if there we anything way they could help and to respond soon before the order shipped. I replied to cancel the order immediately at 7:40am EST 4/20 when I woke up and never received a response.

Great Experience
Super easy checkout experience. They had the exact grill I was looking for; for my Jeep JK. The only disappointing thing I found was that they were out of the fog lights I wanted to order. The only negative thing I could say is that something was out of stock, other wise my experience so far has been great and I look forward to ordering from them in the future.

zero communication. first order I canceled due to the same issue and going past there intended 1 to 7 days then told me the order was delivered and wasn't even my order. I want the light so I'm trying again and the same thing NO COMMUNICATION. Go on shop.com to track and nothing. On the verge of canceling a second time. I literately live 20 minutes from the Ontario California location which they said they we're stock. Still waiting.

I placed my order over a week ago, and it still hasn't shipped, and I've reached out to customer service multiple times and still don't have a clue when I'm getting my lights. I placed my order because the website stated they use FedEx and that shipping would take 7 days. I was fine with that, but the items haven't been loaded onto the truck for tracking.

Easy process, minus Mil Discount
Nice web page. Wish there was an actual link for the Military Discount for GOV ID. I could never find it during check out process. I did ask for the discount so I am hoping they apply it and refund me the difference from what I paid. Thanks
