Lights are way brighter than the ones that came with my jeep. Thought I had a defective light and turned out to be the wiring that the last owner did. Support team helped me with the problem and they're working great.

Zero Customer Service
The worst experience I've had trying to install an LED light bar on my Bronco.
They shipped the light bar out without mounting brackets which came days later after I called about it.
No wiring instructions for the harness and for almost 4 weeks now and numerous emails asking the same questions repeatedly I am still unable to get this done.
Not only is their customer service super slow to respond but they actually have no idea what they sold and shipped me or how to install the light to the brackets or wire the harness to my vehicle.
They are asking me for pictures of the wiring harness THEY sent me so they can figure it out.
One word...wow.
And don't get me started on their childish recording when you call and no one ever answers...we're kickin it outside work hours at 1pm and we'll hit you up??
Are you actually running a serious business...clearly not.
I will never purchase anything from this place again.

I tried contacting customer service and the only reply I got was STOP sending more then one email that someone is looking at my order. At this point I just want a REFUND don't need the product anymore I'll be looking elsewhere. Thank you.

The air mattress was fine
The air mattress was fine. The issue was it had a small pinhole so it went flat overnight. I simply wanted an exchange then they sent me a message saying they needed my email address but they sent that message TO my email. Didn’t make sense ever since then, they ghosted me so I went through PayPal to have them file the claim they said sure we got a hold of them they said ship it back for a full refund. The problem with that is it was in China and they knew it would cost me more to ship it to China then to eat it so after I got back with paypal and told them that they replied to the company and the company ghosted them so then I had to go through my bank to get the refund money back. They are not reliable. I would not purchase another thing from these people.

Terrible instructions, cheap product, zero customer support, I've been trying to get a hold of them for 2 weeks and no response. Reading The instructions make no sense at all, extremely incompetent people and service.

Communication was not very acceptable
Communication was not very acceptable. Emails took days to respond and I was only able to get ahold of someone on the phone twice and this was after no less than 30 phone calls.

Great product. It is true plug and play. Pretty easy install. The upgrades look amazing on my 2023 Black Diamond edition Bronco. It did take a month for the product to ship- so that was a little long- but arrived and working great. Will buy from LEDMart again.
