Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I have been trying to call and email them due to issues with the installation, high beams turning on and off, missing parts, and broken parts. I’ve asked to be contacted and refunded. Nobody from LED Factory Mart is answering at all or helping. They claim to be based in California, but they are actually in China. I should have gone elsewhere. I am currently disputing the charges with my bank since they will not help

My first order was delayed because the mounts came from China. Now my second order, the mounts arrived on time but the lights themselves haven't even shipped yet. It's a quality product but the handling could use a lot of improvement.

I called to speak to a rep and got a voice mail. I couldn't leave a message. They called me back based on the missed call alone. A couple later I was in touch with a rep thru email and had all my questions answered promptly.

Missing parts of shipment
Only one piece of the bundle I had ordered shipped.
I had to call and have customer support go in and figure out what had gone wrong.
The rest of the bundle then shipped, but shipped ground, so it was another 6 days before I received the rest of the parts.
The team was polite and helpful, but it was an issue that should not have occurred.

IF I interpret your return policy accurately, and I may not understand the legalize) the Buyer could be charged a 50% restocking fee.
