I am very happy with the customer service. I purchased a jacket that I am not happy with and they offer world class service and quick solutions to win me over.

I have been making a few purchases from Liwisi. The quality of the products are good and I’m very satisfied with my purchases. Any queries and feedback given to them were responded quickly.

I like their product style, and the quality is excellent.
The service line responds quickly and is very satisfied.

Very much appreciated to the after-sales service, I requested refund on one of the items I purchased. They responded to my request promptly and reasonably, gave me great confidence in further and continually shopping in their store in future.

I actually order 2 items product but due to one item is being out of stock before clarifying with customer service one of the colleague had serve me promptly and I feel that liwisi had a very good customer service experience for me. Representative Evelyn i would like to thank her prompt respond and service and even offer me to choose another options but I cancel 1 of the item instead and still continue to give me a good service experience. I will come back and support liwisi products again. It has been great.

My 3rd purchase so far, and still impressed with the quality of the products, feels very premium. Every piece of clothings and accessories I’ve got are true to the pictures as advertised. Equally amazed at their quick responses and good customer service.

Their clothes are very good quality and pretty. Beware of the sizes though, in US I wear small/medium but with them I am a large.
I will definitely order again.

I received my order of 2 tops unfortunately both of them didn't fit me. I made an error as the sizes are not meant for AUS/NZD! However, Evelyn was kind enough to offer me a 30% refund of the order (excluded shipping). Therefore, I have reordered the same top of a larger size. I like the quality of the material & most of all the after sale service is good. I will certainly continue to shop at Liwisi !

The clothes that i bought here are of outstanding quality in terms of workmanship, material and patterns. Glad i found this site and will be shopping here for my clothes from now on.

My first time purchasing, and the sizes fit on me well. I like to designs! Only two out of three packages arrived at first. The customer service was very helpful and responsive, and I got the delivery soon after reporting.

This is my first time purchase from Liwisi website. I am very satisfied with their customer service. The item bought not fitted to my size and they willing to refund 30%. I will continue to do shopping here again

I rated it 2 stars because they replied to my emails. The last person being Evelyn.

But sad to say the product is sub-quality. The sewing isn't neat but has creases along the hemline . The crew collar isn't symmetrical too. How do you expect to wear such a badly made garment? And the price isn't cheap! Very disappointing.

I'm waiting for the second item. I ordered at the same time but it was shipped differently. I hope the second piece which is even more expensive, is presentable.

The fotos look fantastically great but in reality it is below par. It isn't any Japanese-made but from a sub- standard factory in China. This is misrepresentation of information. It is deception.

They don't have ready stock in their shop. They do drop shipping and there's no way you could track for the items. You don't even know which shipping company they use. And all efforts to track were in vain.

I hope to get a refund ! No matter what this will be the first and last time I will purchase from them.
