Loved the quality of this makeup bag, and it’s just so pretty and quite spacious as well.

I ordered two Saly makeup bags—one for myself and one for my sister. Unfortunately, one arrived with a slight scratch. I contacted customer service, and they were incredibly helpful in arranging a replacement. My sister absolutely loves her bag for travelling! It has great compartment space, making it easy for her to organise her face creams, moisturiser, and toner and many more. Overall, a fantastic purchase! I highly recommend the Saly bag—it's a must-have for travel!

I've just recently received my Maison mini organizer bag and it was worth the wait. All of my daily makeup and mini skincare items fit comfortably in the bag. The material is easy to clean as I got some makeup on it and it just wiped off with a swipe of a makeup remover wipe. I am hopeful that I won't regret buying the cream colored bag. This is an amazing feature that was missing with most of my other makeup bags, along with the multiple compartments. The size turned out to be perfect even though I was concerned that it would be too big to fit in my daily purse. It's very early to tell, but I think this is going to be my best makeup bag ever.

I received the Saly bag in pearl white and I absolutely loved it!!! The Workers are super nice and lovely, the shipping was as planned and the quality of the bag is amazing!! I give a 10 out a 10!

UPDATE: I finally received the package. It was left in the snow in front of my car. But the content was OK.

On Dec 16, I ordered a SALY MINI | Expandable Travel Makeup Bag for my daughter.
Never received it.

Contacted Customer Service several times and got a few responses from Chelsea T. (seems to be the only customer service representative according to other reviews I see here...+ the tracking link does not update in real time according to them.)
The link shows that the package departed from Processing centre on Dec 18 and that Customs clearance was completed on Dec19.
Then, the package arrived in Processing centre in Toronto, Canada on Dec 22 and Customs clearance was completed on Dec 23.
It then shows the package arrived in Quebec City at another Processing centre on Dec 23, and that it left same Processing Centre on Dec 30.
Today is January 9.
No sign of the package. No update on the tracking link. No more response from Chelsea T.
By the way, Quebec City is the delivery city.

I am very disappointed I did.

If I could give zero stars, I would! Multiple issue with this company! Slow shipping! Item originated out of California and took 12 days just to leave their facility and arrive at their shipping partner. I purchased the Kayla jewelery organizer for my 20yo daughter. It didn't arrive on time, I would have been emarrased to give it to her if it had! Cheap plastic product, better suited to a Barbie Doll house than anyone's dresser. Scratches in the plastic and the drawer pulls are plastic painted gold and very poorly at that. Chelsea T. has informed me it must be returned to Canada (with tracking) even though it was sent from California. They will take 5% for restocking. The whole product isn't worth 5% of what I paid so I'm sure that just covers their original purchase. I wish I had read these reviews before buying from this terrible company. Please do not give them your money! You can find better murchandise at your local Dollar Store!

Ordered the Maison Make-up bag in baby blue (limited edition) I contacted Customer Service to enquire about delivery.
It was ordered just before Christmas so I figured it was probably the Christmas Post rush.
I immediately got a email reply from Chelsea T assuring me that it had been dispatched and that she would keep an eye on the Tracking and notify me of any updates.

I actually got the package a few days later and am very pleased with the bag too.
Beautiful colour, it’s roomy so doesn’t squash all my make-up, zip is easy to do up and it looks as though it can be wiped clean should I get it dirty.

So 10/10 from me for both product and service.

10/10 recommend the makeup bags ! I’ve traveled so much this year and not one tear rip or smudge or scratch or marks on the saly makeup bag!!

I tried the SALY Makeup Bag from Maison Minimalist and I'm absolutely obsessed with it! The quality is insanely good, no defects, and the bag has so many compartments to put my makeup in. I'm very happy with my order, and I look forward to shopping with them again soon!

Wish I hadn’t placed an order with this company.
I bought 2 SALY make-up travel bags and 2 SALY large make-up and hair travel bags costing a total of £74.85. Both the large bags are faulty and the quality of the products are not worth the money to the point I was too embarrassed to give them as Christmas presents as originally planned.
If I want to return the items (even though faulty) I have to do at my own expense plus they deduct a 5% admin fee. Also returns have to be sent to Canada even through the return address on the delivery label is in the uk.
I put a negative comment against one of their instagram posts and now they have blocked me which has lead me to believe that all their positive comments are fake.

I purchased the medium Saly for myself...I find it to be the perfect size, fits all of my cosmetic items and zips easily to put in my suitcase. I like it so much that I bought one for each of my daughters, and two as holiday gifts. I would definitely recommend this item. PS - no one paid me to write this review, these are my own words and opinions.

UPDATE: Got offered a partial refund to change my review. I didn’t take this sort of bribe. I also got requested more info from trustpilot in order to verify my review. Seems like another attempt by the company to get my review removed.

Original review: I honestly think the reviews are bought. I bought this product really excited about it and the space and structure of the make up bag seemed unique to me. I was given no delivery information and tried to contact customer care. It’s been three days since I wrote into the chat option and haven’t heard anything back. The product arrived today from Hong Kong address. It’s poor quality and really seems like it would cost them €1 to make. Don’t buy it.

This Saly bag I purchased in all sizes. The small one is just perfect and one of my first orders. I loved it so much I reordered another. So practical and can fit so much in there. This one is small enough to throw into your bag if you like to make sure you have a little of everything with you. It also looks so minimalistic and stylish. This one I am using for my gua sha kit!

The best makeup bag ever. I ordered one for myself and one for my mom as a gift. She also fell in love with the make-up bag. I also have one in a larger size. The larger size is well suited for weekend trips. This makeup bag is incredibly convenient and makes everyday life easier and of course good-looking!

Bag handle broke within 6 months. Customer service is non existent despite several emails.

**update - reached out over Instagram and was sent a replacement very quickly. Issue was rectified and seems to be of good quality and has held up. Happy with the product.

Absolutely love this makeup bag. I have a bigger version for cosmetics but this one is ideal size for my everyday makeup. I'd actually been looking for a smaller one for quite some time so was very happy to find this one. I love the way it folds out so you can see everything straight away. It arrived super quick too with excellent tracking information. Thankyou so much

I love this makeup bag so much that I ordered more for gifts! Love how it lays flat to easily see all of my products/tools and that it has pockets and a zippered pouch inside and one on the outside too. Zips up easily and stores so well in my suitcase.
