I ordered the blush pink small makeup bag. Wow. I’m delighted. It came in time for my trip away & I can’t wait to use it. Perfect size for my makeup & I will be purchasing the next size up. I may go for the black as I think it will set it off perfectly.

I purchased 2 bags in different colours and one of them had a large crease, i immediately contacted CS who got back to me quickly with 3 options. Great correspondence from the team. I’m very happy with my bags now as my complaint was resolved speedily.

Very good quality and leather material. Holds so many products and can use it for either skincare or makeup products and very handy for a travel size bag to take on holiday! I would definitely recommend this product and purchase again!

When I received my product in the mail, it had some small dents. I didn't want to try removing them myself, based on the advice I received, so I was sent a completely new product at no extra cost. I'm very satisfied and can highly recommend it! 👍🏼

When I received (shipping time takes a while so bear this in mind when ordering) my beauty organizer there were some unremovable stains on the outside of the fabric. After sending a mail to customer service (with pictures of the damage) they quickly offered me to sent me a new one. I received the new one in perfect condition and I love it! My contact with customer service was very pleasant. Thanks for your great service :)

La make up bag aveva uno strano odore appena aperto il pacco e non ho potuto utilizzarla, dopo circa due settimane aveva perso quell’odore ma al primo utilizzo ho visto che ha iniziato a perdere il colore e ad ingiallirsi (il colore scelto era cipria). Materiale di pessima qualità.

I love my new makeup/travel bag. Just enough room for all my cosmetic and daily products yet it doesn't take up much room in my suitcase! Will definitely buy more as gifts.

I purchased the Saly expandable travel bag in Barbie pink recently after I realized that my 10-year-old single compartment makeup bag was no longer cutting it. This became particularly apparent at a work conference; I really needed to be able to find and put on all my makeup quickly, for my daily meetings and events, but I was spending way too much time combing through my makeup bag everyday just trying to find things. I had to finally just dump everything out on the counter so I could find everything in time. While this worked, it was very messy, and I was constantly knocking things over. As soon as I got home, I started looking for another bag.

I knew I wanted one with separate compartments, and after a little bit of looking, I knew that I wanted one that folded out as well. Your bag has been exactly what I needed for my travels. It keeps things organized and super easy to find, while simultaneously holding way more than my old bag. Also, the color just is fun and gives me joy. I'm really really happy with my purchase. Thanks for making such a good quality product!

I ordered the SALY makeup bag, which is the perfect size for my makeup! Initially there was a small mix up where I was sent their new larger size SALY instead, but the fantastic customer service team sorted this out for me like it was no trouble at all. In the end I kept both bags - the smaller one for my makeup and the larger one is the perfect size for my Dyson air wrap and my most used attachments, it’s so big I can get my hairbrush and full size bottles of my hair styling products in too!
It’s the perfect little travel set for travelling, and now they both match!
The only thing I will mention, is that both bags are in the Pearl white colour - however, there is a slight variation in the shade between the two bags! But for the price, I can’t complain! 😊

Perfect makeup bag! Very light to carry, pretty, and can fit so much! My makeup routine now has become so much more organized! Love it!

The bags are so cute and you can fit so much inside! Love ittt💗 perfect to take to the beach because it’s waterproof too!

Update: I complained and they sent me a replacement, which seems slightly better quality than the first one. Zips are still a challenge, though.

Original review: If I could give no stars, I would. Product is awful quality: uneven stitching, zips that don’t close, loose threads, cheap material. Not like advertised and certainly not worth the price. Customer service is incredibly slow - auto response says up to ten business days to respond. Ridiculous.

I am obsessed with these make up bags!! They could not be better for travelling, I recommend them constantly👏!

The cutest bag EVER! I got the color / Barbie pink- and it’s perfect. It fits full size products, Brushes, basically everything i need for a full face on the go! I will definitley be ordering more from them 🥰
