Guten Tag.
Ich erhalte leider keinerlei Rückmeldungen auf meine bisherigen Nachrichten.
Der Rucksack wurde bereits am 29.04.2026 bestellt und bezahlt. Gemäss Ihrer Angabe hätte der Versand innerhalb von 5–8 Tagen erfolgen sollen. Inzwischen ist die Lieferung seit über einer Woche überfällig, ohne jegliche Information zum aktuellen Stand der Bestellung.
Ich bitte Sie dringend um eine Rückmeldung mit einem verbindlichen Lieferstatus sowie einem konkreten Versanddatum.
Sollte der Artikel aktuell nicht lieferbar sein, erwarte ich eine transparente Information sowie eine entsprechende Lösung.
Vielen Dank für Ihre zeitnahe Rückmeldung.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, one day they say the backpack I ordered is in stock, they next day they say it’s in stock. I paid extra for shipping but the backpack has not been received. It has been more than 2 weeks since i placed my order. Still in transit.
U need to get your customer service folks together and let them know that the manner in which they conducted themselves is not very customer centric. I won’t be ordering from mark ryden anymore

Product took too long for delivery and the communication throughout the process was not ideal. The product, however, is great!
Extra shipping charges
I chose the option for quick shipping, it did not arrive in that time period. Then I received an unexpected charge from UPS international charges
Funny pack
Travel with me, and only bag that I used, from airport to restaurant, used it anywhere. I loved it and lots of space for my things, not bulky at all. I will buy this bag again.
No information on Shipment with bad costumer support
I orded at the beginning of February. It said it would take between 10-18 days. When i didnt get any Updates after 14 days i wrote to costumer support asking for information and a refund since it took to long with no information. They responded in the evening and said they contacted the Delivery Agency and are waiting for Information. Then 3 days later suddenly i get a notification that my package will arrive today. It did, since I asked for a refund and already bought another bag i wrote again, asking for how to handle the return. I wrote several e-Mails asking about how to handle the return and got no Answer what so ever.
I would never Order there again.

Slow customer service, arrived late after I paid for express delivery. I was promised a refund that I still have not received. Will never order from here again.

I have sent several emails inquiring when this will ship have no one has answered any of them this was ordered beginning of February and I still have no answers 20 days later.
Terrible Customer Service but good product
Website never updated that my order had been shipped. Paid for express shipping (5-8 days) but took 14 days for package to arrive. Sent 3 emails to customer service about my purchase and only had one replied to in which they stated it was an issue with the shipper but never giving me any tracking. Bag did arrive and is a fairly nice bag. Better communication and a website that actually shows tracking would be nice.
