All I can tell you is that you should beware of ordering anything from this company. I had a very bad experience buying from them and will never go anywhere near them again.

Love these towels! They are so light and yet very absorbent. Look so good on the towel rail against white tile. Washed them several times and still look great.

I was so excited to get a smart towel that was antibacterial and told me when it needed to be washed. It came in a nice package and was great till I actually started using it. Within days the towel started to fray and fall apart. The color strip never changed. I was incredibly disappointed. These towels are a waste of money, my towels from Walmart are way better and actually stay in one piece.

SCAM! i ordered a set in WHITE color. I received BLACK towels. The package I received was broken, soiled, gross, wet, taped up plastic bag and the towels were wet and smelled musky outside of the bags, ripped open, just wiping all of the surfaces of the delivery trucks and being touched by dozens of hands. Now, having said that, I paid $330 CAD for these, and they are advertised for $900 USD?! This crap is completely unacceptable! On top of this I was surprised by duties and fees which costed me $60 EXTRA! Nowhere on your website or during checkout does it specify that the customer has to pay his own duties. So I paid $400 CAD to receive this piece of crap in a broken bag that looked like a 3 year old wrapped for his first art project. Even the delivery man said “wow this is horrible packaging”. I tried contacting customer support and was told I NEED TO PAY MY OWN SHIPPING FOR A RETURN TO GET A REFUND. For the mistakes that they made. Ridiculous.

Really good quality towels. Probably the only set that I have that doesn't stink when not washed every day, and maintains the same level of softness it had when it first arrived. The towels aren't however the most effective at drying the whole skin with just a single wipe and require a bit if effort, but not a deal breaker at all.

I have bought many different towels in the past 20 years. Mizu towels are a cut above the rest. They are super absorbent and very soft. They hold up well to multiple washings. I highly recommend these towels.

Love the towels!!! They are so absorbent and they also dry fast. I just wish the large were the tiniest bit larger!!!! Would purchase again.

It is neither a smart towel nor it changes it's color. It's just an overpriced towel for a very old design and mainstream dark color with poor quality fabric. Such a disappointment! Have to sue such fraudulent companies.

These are probably the best towels we have had. They are really soft and super absorbent. When you use Mizu smart towels you actually feel dry afterwards, none of the slightly damp feeling you can get with other towels.
The smart strip is also really helpful. It let's you know if there was too much detergent in the wash so you get a truly clean towel each time.
They are all I want to use now. It's like using the towels from a fancy spa after every shower.

Great quality towels, my wife was sceptical at first, but the whole family uses them as their preferred bath/shower towels now...!

These towels are absolutely amazing, they are super soft and absorbent. Knowing that these towels are infused with silver and have anti microbial properties gives me that extra peace of mind. I recommend these towels to all my friends and family. 5/5

As promised! These arrived fast, felt luxurious right out of the box and have kept that feeling, without the dreaded ‘shed’, wash after wash.
As with so much these days, you get what you pay for here and with something I use as much as towels, I think it is important to have something of QUALITY. These towels cost more than I was used to up front but they are actually a great VALUE in my opinion. Will buy again.

These towels are great. The towels I had been using were pretty good, but these are a bit larger and fluffier. That makes a noticeable difference when I come out of a shower, esp. in winter when it is cold. I'll never go back to my old ones.

Bought into their Black Friday sale. They initially had a purchase/payment issue, but I resolved it. They shipped from California and it arrived a few days later.

The quality wasn't on par with Egyptian Cotton, it was sub-par. The towel I got from Walmart was softer, but both the Mizu Towel and the Walmart towel fall apart. What's worse about the Mizu Towel is that after washing and drying, there was so much coming off of it that I spent a lot of time picking excess fabric off.

Even if the customer service was great, the quality of the product was sub-par. Makes me sad. :(

I bought a towel and my experience was fabulous, so, when i wanted to give away a special detail to a friend, I bought a set of towels for him and he is very happy with them.

Massive disappointment. Whilst shipped from the USA they are actually made in China! The delivery arrived 4 days later than what was advised. The towels are super thin, small and not very pleasant. Towels were wrapped in plastic which is extremely environmentally unfriendly. Photos are made to look more voluminous and are misleading. Probably the worst towels I have ever purchased

Towels arrived promptly They are smart and Stylish and have become my daily use towels

These towels are soft as promised and do a good job of absorbing water. I can't tell if the stripe thing actually works because I think I was them too often.
