The best towels I ever had. I love them! The are high quality and soft and great.

I love these towels! They dry so quickly and eliminate all the bad odours that can come from not washing towels regularly because they essentially tell you when they need to be washed! Highly recommended for anyone and everyone, great for yourself or gifts for friends and family!

I love these towels. I bought two sets and received them in a timely manner and the towels are wonderful. I told everyone in the house that they were my towels and nobody else could use them. Unfortunately they loved them too and I am going to have to order more. lol. They dry well and then dry off quickly and the strip seems to actually work. I do wish they had bath sheets and that they came in more than one color but I will be buying them again.

My Mizu towels are excelent.
I use them now every day. And in facts, they deliver exactly what was promised.
I love the product, I would re buy it again and I would easily recommend it to a friend.

The towels have been great, they dry faster and don't collect the damp smell as other towels do, also they wash up fine, just wish we could get them in some other colors

I was one of the backers of this project to support the company to make the Mizuno towel possible. Negative feedback back is always a problem especially from scammers. But great projects, supporters and ompanies will prevail.
I can recommend this towel.
After using it for a week, there was no smell like other I have used. Also after washing the towel remained soft and fluffy.
No elements of the towel were lost.
I can recommend the company and it's product.

I saw your ad on face book & since I needed new towels I thought I would give it a try. I only ordered 1 set & was really surprised at the sizes of the bath & hand towels the softness is incredible. I used them for about a month, still impressed & order 4 more sets. My neightbour stated she will have to buy towels shortly so I ordered her a set of 4. Was she surprised & grateful. She couldn't believe how well they dried her, even her husband was impressed. So now when I see people looking at towels I advise them to check your web site first b/4 buying any where else. Best towels I've bought. Great for hostess gift or shower gifts.

I don't understand why people having negative reviews on the towels..
Product is great!! Am still using it.. very comfortable and good product! (Although abit pricey) but still it's worth for a quality product. It's anti bacterial I stay in an indoor aircond room and it causes no odour or smell.

I completely love the towels. These days towels ususally are made from bad fabric so it doesn t suck the water up. But these towels reslly do and at the same time they are soft.
I d love to have many more of these ones. I bought the bigger bath towles

This company is a fraud. I paid for a full set of towels for $300. They sent a FedEx tracking number showing that it was delivered, but I never received my order. PayPal denied dispute because of the fake shipping info. Company can not provide proof of delivery and yet they want me to file a police report. Will be filing fraud to FCC and BBB.

I would give a NO stars rating were that an option. Instead, I give these my strongest DO. NOT. BUY! recommendation. "Silver", or no silver, the towels are not worth having. The threads constantly pull out of the weave, no matter how gently used, or laundered. I would not EVER AGAIN purchase anything from this manufacturer! I was ripped off, to say the least!

I wish there's a negative star. This company is a big scam. Their advertisement is such a false. Yes they send the items but it took so long, then when you received the items it disappointed you. The $4 towel at Walmart or Target is way better. I spend $340 for 8 sets but it's really not worth it. I wish I searched first for the review before I ordered. They need to stop using to their advertisement about Japan as well.

I ordered a hand towel and regular towel, I wanted to towels for a trip I was going on in two weeks so paid 30.00 for expedited shipping. It has been 8 days no word on when product will be shipped. I have sent several emails to company asking what expedited shipping charge is for with the response order will be shipped soon?!?? What kind of company is this?? They have my 88.00 but I have no product and expedited shipping? What a joke, I have reported this as fraud to my bank.

I do wish I read these reviews before I ordered. Very, very cheap cloth for a cosmic price. The advertising soooo misleading. Miserable experience!

I wish I had read these reviews before making my purchase. Similar to other reviews here, Mizu has THE worst customer service I've ever experienced. I had the towels (a 4-pack for $170) shipped to Germany where I currently live for work. They mislabeled the package and customs held the shipment for duty. I went to get the package, but for some reason they had already returned it to Mizu. This was in Feb. Even though the tracking shows that it's on its way back to them, they won't refund me until it gets to them. It's been in the mail system for SEVEN MONTHS and they won't give my money back.

Stay away from this company at all costs!
