Son ESTAFADORES, y lo peor consentido por Samsung que dicen que no tienen nada que ver con estos estafadores. Me quitan 78 euros por que dicen que segun el video se ven signos de desgastes lo cual es mentira, poque no se ve. Yo hice un video del empaquetado en su caja original y precintado, no tiene ningun desperfecto, y me he cansado de escribirles email y responden la carta primera. Conseguí el telefono el cual me dió Samsung despues de muchas llamadas, y dicho telefono NO LO COGEN A NINGUNA HORA. La estafa empezó el 10 de marzo y estoy escribiendo el 8 de abril y no tengo ni DINERO NI TELEFONO

La TV ha presentato un difetto allo schermo. Mi è stato chiesto di spedirla con spese a mio carico nonostante la garanzia fosse ancora attiva. Ho contattato un centro samsung ufficiale nella mia città ed hanno risolto il problema al costo di 100 Euro che non mi sono state nemmeno rimborsate. La TV di 80 pollici è stata acquistata per circa 1000 Euro.
Inoltre il servizio clienti è pessimo, ho chiesto piu volte di essere contattato ma nessuno ha mai chiamato. Le risposte arrivavano sempre via email dopo 4-5 giorni e chiedevano sempre ulteriori dettagli.
Pessima assistenza

I've sent my Samsung Galaxy S23 to this italian scammers, they've broken camera on it and don't wanna send it back after payment of 30 euros. Nightmare...

The problem with OnePlus is they promise a trade in value when buying their flagship phone. Then their Italian scammers World Business SRL/Mondo Affari send photos of another device claiming damage. The image they sent was not my phone, it showed damage to the screen when I have photos before despatch showing
The screen was in perfect condition. Please don't believe any trade in offer from these cowboys, they won't honour it. And I will never buy OnePlus again, such a shit experience.

I send my OnePlus 9 pro in as part of the trade in offer with OnePlus. I sent it back in good condition in it's original box as per their package guidance. They provided a shipping label without insurance against damage in transport. FedEx informed me it had been damaged in transport, but they had repackaged before shipping. On inspection by Mondo Affari they found a crack in the back panel which wasn't there when I sent it. Despite passing on the FedEx case reference and contacting FedEx myself and getting the damaged in transit notification sent to Mondo Affari, they repeatedly replied with stock answers and are unwilling to accept that it was damaged in transit to honour the agreement. I now have to pay for a now broken phone to be sent back to me. Absolute scam. Shame OnePlus partnered with them.

A company of scammers. Do business with them if you want them to take your money with a smile on their face. Gang of thieves.

i sent my phone in an original box (taped shut with ducttape to avoid opening whilst travelling).
they refused my phone because there was an account lock and sent me a video of the unboxing with the pin lock. CLEARLY THIS WAS NOT MY PACKAGING. They opened a packaging i have never seen before with a new label took my phone out of a box without the tape i put on.
i completely erased my phone before sending and deleted it from all my accounts who might be blocking new installs

Ottimi venditori centro assistenza pietoso e inesistente

I won't write a full description of what happened to me. It's the same as other reviews. I sent my Galaxy S21+ in good condition, they crack opened the phone and told me it was in bad conditions. Fraud.

Negli anni ho acquistato ben 5 prodotti ricondizionati da loro, nessuno di questi funzionava, 2 televisori 8k letteralmente bruciati dopo 7 giorni di utilizzo uno e 15 giorni l'altro, una asciugatrice con viti e bulloni che giravano all'esterno del cestello, una lavastoviglie che non si accendeva nemmeno e un forno dual cook con display non funzionante, bella azienda di truffatori incompetenti, sinceramente non capisco come mai non sia ancora fallita.

Brutta esperienza!
Mi hanno spedito una lavatrice difettosa per la quale ho dovuto pagare a mie spese 130€ di spedizione per restituirla.
Quindi evitateli!!!

Preso lavatrice con estensione di garanzia di 12 mesi che non vogliono far valere nonostante sia pure scritto in fattura. Pessima azienda forse li querelerò per truffa.

Having just read all these reviews I have actually decided to not take the risk and send my immaculate oneplus 10T to this company. I fully expect they will tell me that there is some type of damage and I will then end up having to pay €27 to get my phone back.
Very surprised that oneplus are partnering with a company like this.

Bunch of cowboys. Bought a OnePlus 13 and selected the option to trade in my Pixel 8. My Pixel had always been in a cover with a screen protector and had a couple of very tiny marks along with a bit of fade (1-2mm) around the charger hole. The offered EUR 250 which they then "downgraded to Grade C" on receipt and offered me EUR105.

When challenged, referring to their own terms and conditions, they repeated stock answers and took several days to respond. Eventually I paid EUR27 to have them send it back to me, which took another fortnight. They are based in Italy so it took a while. I distinctly felt like they were hoping I would give up and just accept their lowball offer.

Shocking service and attitude and I'm very surprised OnePlus choose to partner with them. I've since recycled my Pixel 8 with a UK company who didn't quibble the condition and paid me £200.

This company is a complete scam. I sent in my less than a year old oneplus 12 grade A. I factory reset the phone and checked that it had deleted everything. I've since recieved an email stating that there is an account lock on the phone and they can not/won't accept the phone. I've contacted oneplus and they've washed their hands of it saying that it's an outside company and I need to deal with them. So now I have to pay them 27 euros to get my phone back.

Absolutely awful company.signed up for the OnePlus 13 trade in deal against my OnePlus 12.after being promised my op12 would be worth 400 euros which equates to around £360 for trade in.my op 12 was in immaculate condition and barely a year old .Mondo offer me £270 because and i quote (signs of use) I challenged this and they couldn't answer me and wouldn't explain why they graded my phone this way.oneplus have seriously annoyed me here after me being loyal since the 8 pro.ive been in contact with both parties and now I'm lumbered with a €27 bill to maybe get my phone back.god knows in what condition it will be in now.appalled with the service and lies during initial order process .just one big scam.id rather get my phone back and not sell it than to give scammers like these to profit.i would definitely not recommend anyone take a OnePlus trade in offer unless you want to be taken for a ride.

I used Mondo Affari through the official OnePlus trade-in program to trade in my Pixel 6 Pro. My device was in good condition, yet they unfairly deemed it "defective" and claimed it had display issues. After weeks of back-and-forth, I reluctantly paid €27 to have my phone returned—payment cleared two weeks ago, and I STILL have no tracking or confirmation.

Their customer service is terrible—just vague, automated responses like "it will be returned shortly" with no real updates. No accountability, no urgency, just an endless wait with no phone and no refund.

This company is completely unreliable and should not be trusted with your device. If you’re considering using their trade-in service—don’t. You may end up out of pocket, with a damaged phone, and zero support.

Tra le promozioni di acquisto del mio nuovo telefono, ho avuto una permuta di di 50 euro con mondo affari del vecchio. Dopo la valutazione, il telefono non è stato ritenuto adatto seppur perfettamente funzionante, e ora dovrei spenderne 27 per riaverlo. Avrei potuto comprendere una valutazione a ribasso, ma così sembra che ve li facciate mandare per rivenderli gratis.
