Ricevuto il prodotto sbagliato, sono già passati quasi 1 mese e non mi hanno ancora invisto quello giusto, anche se vi ho ftto rientrare quello sbagliato. Adesso si sono fermati anche di rispondere le mail, non mi aggiornano da 1 settimana. Sconsigli fortemente finché non ricevo quello che ho pagato oppure mi danno lo storno. #100057870

Just like every other review on here! OnePlus you should be embarrassed using this company as your partner for trade in, you are scamming your loyal customers!

I sent my Samsung Z Fold, fully functional as per the terms and conditions and they've rejected it because of the camera lense having a small mark on it. It's a 4 years old phone with wear and tear, are they expecting a box fresh phone? They can't be serious. The T&C's do also have gradings so instead of offering less, they want me to pay €27 for postage back.

OnePlus should be helping their customers instead they just fob us off saying they have nothing to do with this company, but I smell BS. They have definitely got this scheme going offering good value for trade ins with no intention of actually paying it out, and it lures people into buying a OnePlus at an even better price.

I'm so angry. And no customer service to speak to.

Warnung! Keine Deals mit dieser Firma eingehen! Mir wurde ein 50 Euro Trade über OnePlus angeboten. Ich hatte daraufhin ein voll funktionsfähiges aber gebrauchtes Gerät eingeschickt (Originalverpackung, Netzteil, Kabel, Schutzfolie) was auf eBay über 100 Euro kostet. Mondo Affari hat mir ein Angebot über 22 Euro gemacht weil es Gebrauchsspuren hat. Ach ja - zurückschicken kostet mich 27 Euro (im Vertrag stehen 26 Euro). Der pure Betrug!

The trade-in scheme that OnePlus has entrusted Mondo Affari to carry out on their behalf is a total scam. I sent a flawless OnePlus 8 Pro that I had been using everyday up until it was sent to Mondo Affari.

Mondo Affari refused to accept the phone with the excuse that speaker and/or speakerphone was not working and/or noisy. When asked for an elaboration since I had personally been using the phone until the very it was shipped, they sent a standard reply and when asked for documentation, they copy/pasted the exact same reply.

OnePlus should immediately seize cooperation with Mondo Affari and offer their customers an explanation for their participation in this obvious scam.

As a trade in i have sent a martphone that was in good condition with charger and cable to Mondo Affari - on ebay i could have sold it for 150 Euros. One Plus offered up to 50 Euros for the trade in on their website. Okay - i said and sent it in. They made me a offer of 22 Euros - wait - what? Okay ... please send it back to me. No problem - we charge you one 30 Euros. NEVER AGAIN. This is a rip off

Why didn’t I pay attention to all the other negative reviews? My 10T had never been out of its case and was as close to new as you’d get for a phone that’s a couple of years old, but lo and behold Mondoaffari sent me photographs of supposed scratches to the sides, along with a whole lot of dust. Anyone else think they have a whole stock of scratched OnePlus phone photos that they send out; it’d be interesting to compare photos with other victims.

Love OnePlus phones and have had them since their beginning, but no more. Why would I knowingly purchase a phone with trade-in, when you know you’re not going to get the amount owed. Disgusting.

Ein Handy wurde in einem TradIn Angebot eingeschickt. Jetzt behauptet Mondo Affari dass es sich dabei nicht um das Gerät handelt, welches zum Einschicken vereinbart gewesen ist. Das ist schlichtweg gelogen. Sie bieten nun an das Handy für 27 € zurückzusenden, wahrscheinlich in der Annahme dass die meisten Kunden nicht darauf eingehen werden. Wer weiß was man da dann überhaupt zurück erhält. Ich rate von sämtlichen Geschäften mit dieser Firma ab, entsorgen Sie ihr Altgerät besser selbst fachgerecht.

As many people here have said, Mondo Affari are a serious scam company. Do not use them under any circumstances. Don't ignore these reviews, don't be dumb like I was, it will cost you money.

I was stupid and ignored the reviews here and decided to go ahead with my OnePlus trade-in anyway and now I have been burnt too.

When I started my trade-in process I mentioned that I had seen these negative reviews and was unsure of their legitimacy. Their response was to encourage me to take a few photos of my phone showing it's condition before sending it away so that I could have evidence to dispute any claims. That seemed reasonable to me so that's what I did, I took a bunch of high-res photos of the phone from every possible angle just in case they tried to claim there was a scratch or mark. I then verified that my device was fully functional and matching their outline criteria.

Here comes the genius part, because they know I have photos of the device they can't use their typical "it's scratched so you get no money" strategy, so instead they're claiming that the speaker doesn't work!

I know for a fact that the speaker was perfectly functional when it was sent to them, but of course I have no way to verify their claims of it being broken now. They won't send me any evidence or even discuss the matter with me. I just keep receiving copy-paste emails asking for me to send them money in order to get the phone back...

There seems to be a big influx of similar complaints and experiences from other recent customers I've spoken to. My theory is that during the OnePlus 13 rush they accepted too many trade-in orders and are now trying to dispose of them without paying out as they can't shift the stock they've got coming in.

It's just a flat out scam.

One Plus support also won't help, they want nothing to do with it. They are entirely complicit in the process so don't expect them to help you.

NON FATE LA PERMUTA. Ho acquistato un telefono con il servizio di permuta, confidente di ricevere da Mondo Affari uno sconto in cambio del mio vecchio dispositivo. Dalla stima del rimborso avrei dovuto ricevere 120-150 euro. Invece, dopo 19 giorni dall'acquisto arriva un'email di Mondo Affari dicendo che il mio dispositivo non era idoneo al servizio di permuta. Pertanto mi attivo subito per farmi riborso del nuovo telefono, che a quel punto senza lo sconto, non valeva più la pena comprare. Oneplus risponde che oltrepassati i 15 giorni non potevo più chiedere un reso, anche se il ritardo era stato causato da Mondo Affari. Ecco la prima fregatura.
Allora ho chiesto immediatamente di ridarmi il mio vecchio dispositivo indietro (pagando di tasca mia ovviamente). E come se non bastasse, dopo aver speso una barca di soldi, in tutto ciò Mondo Affari non voleva restituirmi il dispositivo, con la scusa che dovevano aspettare che il reparto contabilità ricevesse il mio bonifico (che avevo fatto istantaneamente). Dopo quasi DUE MESI, dopo ripetute insistenze, dopo aver contattato Oneplus che diceva di non poter fare niente per me, dopo aver telefonato all'ufficio di Mondo Affari, alla fine per sfinimento ho detto che se non mi avessero resituito il telefono avrei sporto denuncia alle forze dell'ordine per furto e truffa aggravata. Dopo due giorni, guarda caso, hanno spedito il telefono indietro. Ho perso soldi e tempo a causa di Oneplus e Mondo Affari. Mai più.

Avoid these scammers at all costs. One Plus should be ashamed of themselves.

Like others I also used the OnePlus Trade-in with my OnePlus 11. On inspection they found one or 2 little spots on the side of the phone, hardly noticable. They reduced the trade-in with almost 50 euros. It's an absolute scam. Returning the phone is another 27 euro! I informed OnePlus, but so far they only reply it's something between Mondo Affari and me as a customer. I've informed OnePlus that their reputation is on the line here and included the link to TrustPilot. I hope more and more people post their reviews here as OnePlus should move away from this company as soon as possible!

Se avessi letto prima le recensioni di trustpilot mai e poi mai sarei caduto nel tranello di questa “azienda”: ho acquistato un tv Samsung per 790 euro attirato dalle caratteristiche, dallo sconto promesso di 40 euro e dalla promessa garanzia di 12 mesi. All’arrivo la prima sorpresa: imballo pessimo ma almeno il prodotto non era rotto. Però lo schermo era sporco e pieno di ditate (c’è voluto un sacco di tempo per pulirlo con attenzione). Lo sconto non me lo hanno fatto con la scusa che non ho flaggato la casella giusta (come se per avere uno sconto sia necessario accettarlo. Esiste qualcuno che rifiuterebbe uno sconto?). Non c’era nessun documento che certificasse la garanzia di 12 mesi. Mancava il telecomando originale (il quale disporrebbe di funzione vocale e la batteria ricaricabile con usb-c e/o solare). Al suo posto un telecomando da 7/10 euro marchiato Samsung ma è un compatibile di bassa lega SENZA funzioni vocali. Base della tv sporca e impolverata, niente manuale d’uso. Alla mia gentilissima richiesta mi rispondono di inviare foto e descrizione: fatto. Al che chiedono un video dimostrativo. Quindi avrei dovuto fare un video in cui facevo il matto parlando ad un telecomando senza microfono? Ho capito che era una presa in giro e ho rilasciato il feedback negativo. A quel punto cominciano con la presa in giro (sto pensando di querelarli per stalker aggio, se continuano) e mi mandano ogni tre quattro giorni un email con lo stesso testo invitandomi a mandare foto e video per risolvere alla quale rispondo con il copia e incolla della prima email. Ma loro continuano imperterriti con la presa in giro. Mai più da questa ditta.

I am writing to formally address an issue regarding the trade-in program conducted in partnership between Mondo Affari and OnePlus. I sent my iPhone 13 Pro 128gb under this program, fully adhering to the terms and conditions outlined by Mondo Affari company. However, my device was rejected due to the battery status, and I am now being asked to pay €27 to have it returned to me.

Upon reviewing the terms and conditions, I note that there is no explicit mention that a device with a battery health below 80% or a "Service" status would be deemed unacceptable. The only stated requirement is that the device retains its battery and charge normally, which my iPhone 13 Pro meets. Since the terms do not explicitly disqualify devices in this condition, the decision to reject my trade-in violates the principles of transparency and fairness expected of such programs.

As a consumer within the European Union, I am entitled to protection under EU directives, including:

Directive 2005/29/EC on Unfair Commercial Practices, which requires companies to provide clear and unambiguous terms.

Directive (EU) 2019/771 on the Sale of Goods, which ensures fairness in trade practices.

I request that my device either be accepted for the trade-in program or returned to me without any additional costs, as I have complied with the terms as stated. I did not have an answer regarding this

I attempted to trade in my OnePlus phone when purchasing a new one. After jumping through hoops of having to print documents to sign and sort delivery out. My phone got rejected even in its perfect condition. The rejected reason is because I got the GB wrong on the phone.

I asked if I can still trade it in AS IT WAS ALREADY THERE and they said no. Expecting me to now pay £27 for it to be returned.

I've also been told that the deal has closed so I cannot even send it back again.

Absolutely fuming with the responses I got via email (one including a previous copy and paste answer) which I find incredibly rude.

OnePlus you should be ashamed that your customers have to deal with this company.

People. Just hold on to your device you no longer need as a back up or sell it cheap. Don't let these get you as well.

Ich muss leider sagen mir ist das komplette Unternehmen sehr suspekt. Ich hatte über dieses Unternehmen ein Trade in für einen Fitnesstracker. Es war alles sehr schwierig von einem Vertrag der erst nicht hochzuladen ging, eine Rücksendung ohne Kartonbereitstellung etc., keine Sendungsverfolgung, ewige Bearbeitungszeit bis man mal eine Rückmeldung bekommt und zu guter letzt war der Tracker angeblich defekt, also kein Geld und ich könnte Ihn für 27€ zurückschicken lassen. Weit entfernt von kundenfreundlich oder seriös meines Erachtens. Ich würde es nicht nochmal nutzen

I have traded my beloved OnePlus 11 PRO that was in case since day 1 and was pristine condition. Since I got mail from Mondo saying EVIDENT signs of use and put it in category C what I could not accepted. Decided to return back phone and pay shipping as price they offered is for laughing...Shame, was nice deal but they made it very unrealistic...don't make same mistake

As many people have stated this company does not actually trade in phones, you just get copy pasted responses to emails and no sign of the company following their own terms of service.

Über OnePlus habe ich den Trade-In in Anspruch genommen. Ich dachte nicht dass es so ein Problem werden würde, eine normale Kommunikation mit dem Partner Mondo Affari zu führen.
Nachdem ich einen Vertrag erhielt, indem die AGB und Bedingungen enthalten waren, sollte ich diesen unterschrieben zurücksenden. Dies tat ich, zwei mal mittels E-Mail. Eine Antwort kam nicht, auf mehrfache Nachfrage wurde ich immer wieder aufgefordert unter einem Link den Vertrag hochzuladen. Bloß, ich habe nie einen Link erhalten.
Edit: nach langem hin und her bekam ich endlich einen Link mitgeteilt. Bin sehr gespannt wie der weitere Verlauf des Trade In abläuft.

Ho acquistato una TV 48 Samsung Oled da €. 800 che è arrivata senza telecomando principale ho chiesto spiegazioni e mi rispondono, laconicamente, che le Tv “ ricondizionate” non hanno accessori, anche se nella descrizione del prodotto al momento dell’acquisto e sulla stessa piattaforma non c’è indicazione di accessori mancanti

Ottimo prodotto ricondizionato (praticamente nuovo) prezzo imbattibile. Servizio assistenza presente, spedizione con tempistiche record. Un'azienda napoletana dall'attitudine Svizzera.
