I can't thank him enough for the outstanding service he provided. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely listened to my situation. Even though some of the issues I shared weren't directly related to his role, he showed real empathy and understanding while remaining highly professional throughout. I spoke to a gentleman called Mario who unbeknown to me I had spoken to years prior.
But as far as debt collectors go, he was a lovely person to speak to and very compassionate of my circumstances.

After struggling to get through on line (for some reason my date of birth 01 10 1963 #) was not recognised by the system I called and spoke to Ryan. Ryan was the consummate professional who very kindly guided me through the process.
