So I ordered myself a cap then I received an email stating there is a delay with my order, at first I was disappointed ☹️ anyhow my cap arrived and I’ve got to say I’m over the moon with it.
I’ve also received a refund of half my payment so all in all I’m happy with the end result and my cap is beautifully made.
And I appreciate although I waited a few weeks I would order again from Musto as their products are very good 😊

Order placed weeks ago but only due to arrive next week. No notifications of delays, very difficult to get hold of and then told just 'experiencing some delays' - understatement judging by the reports here.
Was told that goods would be half price, due to the delay, but charged the full amount.
We all appreciate there are delays in global supply at present but your customer service is appalling.

Bunch of rogues - don’t use!
We placed an order based on “4-6 day delivery” claim on their website.

Weeks elapsed- no response from customer service, raised a PayPal claim & they couldn’t get hold of them either.

Eventually shipping notification but it hadn’t actually been handed to carrier !

Finally it’s here but..
A once good brand gone to ruin.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered a cap for my wife and at the time of placing the order was told delivery would be 6 to 8 days. 31 days later and I have still not received the order, chased up Musto who said they had some problems but were sorting it and I would receive the delivery in the next 5 days. 31 days and 7 email replies later, each one assuring me its on its way, the order status still showing being processed, This updated to shipped but the carriers tracker shows that they haven't yet received it. Let down, disappointed, and shocked at the woefully poor customer service, I won't be back and I suggest other be very aware.

Avoid! take you money straight away, been waiting weeks, will it ever arrive? cant get refund, can never get through on the phone. Are they still trading?

I have emailed customer service numerous times. Musto are just not interested. Placed my order 1 month ago. Still being processed, no idea if items will ever turn up. Can’t cancel order, worst experience I have had with an online retailer.

Placed an order for our crew members on 29th April still waiting to be delivered and they even don't have a date of when the items will be delivered. You cannot stop the order and get the money back...totally useless, untrustworthy, unreliable.
they also still misleading the customers as they dont put any kind of message on their website about the massive delay for the delivery...

Really poor service.
My order has still not arrived after 11days with no communication from Musto, frankly very poor service and not what I expect! Is this Helly Hansen takeover reducing quality of service? I understand Musto was losing money but reducing quality will make it fail completely. Really sad as I loved Musto clothes over last 15 years.

Terrible service, ordered two items three weeks ago, money taken from account, nothing arrived. Customer services said their system is down, however it’s up enough to take your money. I was a life long Musto fan, unfortunately Musto sold it to whoever owns it now and they clearly do not value their customers. DO NOT order anything from these guys, you will be sorry!

Ordered products over 2weeks ago, payment was taken immediately, goods have still not been dispatched. Customer care lines have been down due to a technical problem for over 10 days, no response to emails or posts on Instagram.

Terrible service. Can't get a refund after being told they had processed it. Now I can't get hold of them - their phone line is now disconnected.

Lovely product and when I had a problem it was resolved quickly and without any difficulty. Highly recommend their online sizing system too it works a treat.

Received the landrover jacket for £125, was paper thin so sent it back and received no refund. Have taken it through PayPal, so fingers crossed!

Dire customer service. Instead of 190 euro they refunded me 52 euro and won't do anything about it. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

wow. very disappointing. Love the products, but service awful. So, ordered for expecting delivery in 3 days max. but warehouse have not even picked it 4 days later and contact centre saying it will be another week! When I asked advisor could she speak to the warehouse, hoping to get it on express delivery she said they were not allowed to! She just kept saying I could return the item when it arrived, Not much use for a birthday present!

In 2005 I bought a Musto 'HIghland' which was brilliant so when I tore it badly on barbed wire I had no hesitation in buying a replacement. Big mistake.
The latest model is made to lesser specifications than the earlier one with smaller and fewer pockets, cheap lining and poorly made with the sleeve lining being cut far too short so that it has pulled away from the sleeve.
Under Keith Musto there was a no-quibble repair service but sadly the new owners are clearly not bothered that their garments are not really fit for purpose and most certainly do not still justify their high price.

Avoid like the plague

I ordered two Musto jackets, neither fitted so I returned them in mid December. Mid January & I still have not had a refund of £550. I have emailed & messaged but no reply! They were quick enough to remove my unfavourable review on the jacket page though.
I shall never buy off them again.
Will be interesting to see if this review survives printing!

Ordered some items on the 4th December and still waiting for the order to be fully fulfilled.
I have emailed Musto since the 9th December but no response.
Very poor service.

Purchased Musto BR1 jacket and salopettes using a discount code. Jacket fine but salopettes too big so returned them asking to exchange for a smaller size. They do not exchange even though they say they do on their website. They have told me to re-order the smaller size but this means I will not get the discount and they still have not refunded. Misleading and very poor. If you are buying a present for Christmas be warned they will not exchange the item so any discount will be lost and getting your money back is a problem.
