Customer service review
I spoke to ray twice one to make changes to my policy and the second time was to sort out an issue and both times he has gave excellent customer services. He is polite and friendly. He had the problem sorted within minutes.

Sending documents over
Rang up and few days ago to make sure the relevant documents had been sent. But unfortunately the call handler wasn't that helpful and said everything was fine. After receiving emails indicating that it was I rang today and spoke to Muz, he was amazing, checked what was missing waited while sent everything across and then double checked that it had been verified for me. Very helpful and polite.Great customer service
