I've been using a different top coat for several years and hesitated to change because of the ease of application and quick drying time. I use multiple coats of top coat to affix nail art stickers, foils and studs. I find Artisan UltraDry to be equal in ease and drying time to my old favorite and far superior in retaining its shine and resisting chips and peeling. I have a new favorite top coat!

I have never had a problem with this website. I always receive quick communication on each step of the order. I have enjoyed shopping with them and will continue to do so in the future.

Everything came quickly and was in great shape. Customers like the fact I can get what they want quickly and have them wearing them to show off.

I was happy with my order, until I called in to get help with one of my pots of acrylic. It wasn't even half way filled and instead of giving me help, the sale rep tried to blame me without directly coming out and saying it. I sent him seven pictures showing the pot wasn't filled like the rest of them amd he chose one to harp on where I tilted the pot to try & show him where my acrylic was because you couldn't see it that well on the picture. Then I sent him another one and that picture was also a problem, although I took it straight. I wasn't within the 48hour time frame so they didn't care anymore. I didn't know that particular acrylic was popular until afterwards when I started reading other people's comments. All I know is my pot wouldn't open and when I finally got it open, there was only a splash of acrylic in there and then it wouldn't close. I ended up putting clear acrylic into the low acrylic and filling it to where the company should have. I also put it in a different pot. I spent a lot of money on their site. It's probably not a lot according to their sales brackets,but I work hard for my cash. As a first time buyer, someone could've done something for me. It's a shame that customer service is full of crap these days. Intergrity still means something to me. I won't be shopping there again and as an author, this experience will be going in my book. They did manange to include everything in my order that I'd ordered, which is why at first, my experience with them was positive and I had no complaints. I wish that could've remained. But I didn't open all the pits at once. I wish I did, but also am happy I didn't because I didn't want them to havea short shelf life.

This is the only supplier of primer, acrylic powder and liquid that I use. I especially like the colored acrylic powders. Even after three weeks, I have no lifting, and lifting has always been a problem for me. I could not be more impressed with the acrylic supplies I purchase from the Nail Superstore.

Not the usual email and wait for something to happen, responded immediately and got it taken care of. I have ordered again already from this company and will continue to do so. The website is great, you can purchase nail service products at a discounted price compared to beauty supply stores. They have a pretty big inventory, and I like that you can buy individual nail tip sizes and entire kits for acrylic/gel systems, along with everything else. The shipping is a bit expensive, and they charge a residential shipping fee if you aren't shipping to a business. Return policy states you must prove you are a licensed technician if you want to return an item, which seems like a bit of a hassle. They have a decent rewards program, but I've had issues with not receiving my points. I've contacted customer support twice about this and got the same person both times, who wasn't very helpful or personable. You also must wait 30 days from receiving points to spend them, but they expire after 90 days, so you have a very short window to use the points before you lose them. Other than that, if you know what you want this is a good supplier to purchase from. If you are wanting to just try different things, I wouldn't recommend due to the return policy.

I have a problem with the topcoat brush getting hard before I can finish a set of nails. I tried to contact their customer service. But they are very rude and continued to interrupt. They didn't let me finish a sentence. Really bad!

The use of the website is simple and intuitive. I really like the linked tutorials to the different gel products. The ordering is quick and easy, delivery very fast, packaging proper and careful.
