The Nail Superstore Reviews

My item was as ordered except for my nail containers. But they quickly sent me the right ones

I have placed 2 orders with you and I love EVERYTHING I have gotten

I have order from this website and few times now and I have to say I will not use any other. So far this online store has exceeded all my expections. So far the best, Love it!!

So I bought a bunch of drill bits, starting with s starter kit and added a few more things. The bits are absolutely amazing. They cut doing my nails by at least half. I highly recommend The Nail Superstore and all they have to offer. The customer service was rather helpful, too. I will be back to buy more things even the time comes

Nail Superstore has the most affordable products as well as good quality. Will forever shop here for my nail supplies!!!

I love the customer service teams

They have fast shipping, I usually get my order within 2 business days!! The products are good, no complaints. Have not had to deal with customer service or returns yet. Will continue to buy EZ Dipper products from them.

I was really pleased to find the Nail Superstore. They have an amazing selection, and their prices are terrific; can't be beat. Their customer service is top-notch; they called me to tell me that one color was unavailable and ask if I wanted a substitute or a refund. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience, and I will buy there again.

Really love these guys. Great products--fast shipping. Wish things would come back in stock quicker. Some of my favorites always out of stock (nail forms, brushes size 10, etc.)

I have always received good products in a short length of time and if I have a problem with my order they are always quick to resolve it.

Customer service, products and service are excellent! They are very prompt in shipping out your order and are very competitive in their pricing. I would recommend 100%, and I am definitely a customer for life!

I have placed many orders now with The Nail Superstore. I have been extremely happy with all of the service and products I have received.
I now consider them my go to supplier now.
Already planning my next order!

The individual sized nails I bought didn't even accept the acrylic they were supposed to be acrylic nails but the thick powder would just come right off them. Not enough good to use for my business. I wouldn't buy anymore from Nail super store.

Nail superstore has been a great source for all my nail product needs. They have been helpful and available when needed. The personal touch is always nice.

I am a professional Manicurist (10 + years.) I have ordered numerous products from The Nail Superstore on several occasions. I love it's quality products at a great price. My orders have always arrived in a timely manner, with everything intact without damage. A minimum order of $25 is required and shipping runs around $10 to deliver to my state. However each order you place it's possible to rack up points on your purchases. Points may be redeemed on your next order, so this usually takes care of my shipping cost and part of my order total. I will continue to shop with The Nail Superstore!

Ship on time which was fine but when I opened it I was missing one of the polishes. I only received 4 of the 5 polishes I paid for. So I called customer service, I left a msg and got a prompt return call the next day. The lady however didn't believe me that I didn't receive the polish and at first wouldn't do anything. Finally just said she could just offer me store credit which is fine as I have more polish I would like, except I have yet to receive any confirmation of this credit and there is no mention of it in the credit memo tab of my account! Lost my money I paid for a product I didn't receive. Carefully shop here!

Fast shipping, great quality products. Absolutely my favorite nail supply vendor!!
