We received 1st class service from this company, always keeping in touch, alerting us when the engineer would arrive, Ben, our engineer arrived on time, was very polite, friendly and well mannered, boiler service complete in under an hour, he advised me about the dangers of not having a carbon monoxide detector which we have since brought and duly fitted, well done Ben and thank you NOTTINGHAM MAINTENANCE for a great service. Will definitely rebook for next year.

The engineer was punctual , polite and was very thorough initially he called to say he was close to my location to give an indication as to his arrival. He gave useful info regarding my boiler it’s efficiency and future maintenance and then serviced my gas fire . I was very impressed with his professionalism and would recommend them without any hesitation.

NM have been working on my house on behalf of my landlord and the work has always been completed to a high standard, Ben has always gone above and beyond with his professionalism and quality of work. Have had issues with another one of their workers leaving mess in one of the rooms and hallways but Ben sorted it out before I could even ask.

I've had a great experience working with NM over the last few years. There seems to be a great staff culture from the team in the office to the operators working on our house. Recently installed a kitchen to a high standard and in a good timescale. responded well to any issues after the event even when not caused by them. Would recommend them highly

Brilliant service today from Dan, he was excellent start to finish. He’s done every job to perfection, and not cut any corners. Any touch up painting that needed doing he’s done, even though I told him I would sort it. Nothing has been too much trouble for him. He’s walked me around the house once all jobs were complete, just to make sure I’m happy with everything, and he’s also cleaned up after himself (which included hoovering). I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Dan.

Dan went out of his way to get the materials he needed to start the job, he was a really friendly chap and made sure we were happy with the work before he left, and tidied away after himself. Couldn’t ask for better service.

We have been using National Maintenance, at Citibase Ltd, for a couple of years now and with our building being extremely old there is always work to do. They have always been reliable, and their staff are polite, helpful and on the occasions we have asked have asked have gone above and beyond the call of duty to help us. The men that they send to us are always polite, well mannered, hardworking and make sure the areas they work in are always left clean and tidy. No job is too big or too small for them and is very well priced for what they do. I highly recommend them.

I have had Dan, Ben and James on site this week. They have been flexible in what they will attempt and provide a consistently high standard of work. Will use again.

Dave Moffat has great attention to detail and goes the extra mile. After carefully cutting a huge hole in a plasterboard wall for a pipe to be repaired, he has done such a good repair job it's impossible to tell there was ever a hole there! Thanks Dave.
