Excellent Service from Ben, very informative.

Ben came and repaired sorted my boiler and carried out the annual service.
Very professional and did an amazing job.
Ben is an absolute credit to your firm and I wouldn't hesitate to use you again / recommend you to friends and family.

James was very helpful and professional, couldn't do more. I felt guilty as was misunderstanding on times but he was understanding and came back and showed me what he had done and too a good standard.

Nottingham Maintenance Ltd is a great Property Maintenance company in regards to all aspects of property maintenance. They work hard and fast to keep to the limitations that are set with certain jobs, but great staff members, friendly, and helpful, would definitely recommend working for them if you ever get the chance.

Please can I pass forward positive feed back for your operative mark moody. All off our customers have highlighted how professional and courteous he has been toward them whilst working in their new home. Additionally they have asked if I could forward a personal thank you over to your selfs and mark himself for his services

BEWARE, I asked this company to have a look at a back boiler as it wasn't working, they used a subcontractor who in my opinion didn't know what he was doing, they replaced one part after another and then gave up and just said its not repairable, and then left the system unusable, then had the cheek to bill for it all.

No skill in fault finding & basic worded quotes, get them checked before you accept.

They also claim on their website to be a member of which trusted trader, which they are not, also they have no alternative dispute resolution.

I Won't be using them again.

Richard Booth came out to make good under our bath after a leak and it looks much better now. He went the extra mile replacing the skirting and other bits instead of trying to make the old pieces look okay again which we were very pleased with!

He also filled in some gaping holes in our wall from a separate leak in the bathroom and you wouldn't be able to tell now that there were even holes there!

My mum (who stayed home whilst I went to work) said that Richard was a very nice, polite man. I was also impressed at how well he had cleaned up afterwards too. Thank you for your hard work Richard!

Used NM for years, would highly recommend

Lovely company. Had to had a job rescheduled due to sickness but was informed straight away by holly who I called originally and someone still attended that day but I was given options. Workman was very friendly and did a great job. Highly recommended and will be using again
