I have had problems dealing with Octopus over my vehicle and when I have complained I haven't had a satisfactory response, with the complaints being closed without resolution and the buck has been passed. I will not be using them for my next vechicle.

I recently had a few issues arise following delivery of my new electric vehicle, and Jack at Octopus Electric Vehicles handled everything exceptionally well from the offset. Despite the situation being frustrating at times, Jack's communication throughout was professional, attentive, and genuinely reassuring.
He took the time to follow up, ask the right questions, and make sure I felt heard — which made a real difference. The resolution put together by the team was fair and comprehensive, and I never felt like I was being brushed off or passed around.
Jack is a credit to the team. If you are buying through Octopus EV and Jack is your point of contact, you are in good hands.

Ordered Jaecoo through my works salary sacrifice scheme, the order went through very quick and I was told I got the car on 'limited time' offer as they were stock vehicles in the UK ready to be delivered. Now 2 months later, I am being told that they were in fact not stocked in the UK and the delivery is delayed due to 'issues at the docks'. It has been delayed 4 times and I have now incurred a lot of costs on my current car due to the delays. Currently looking at June earliest for delivery date.
Called customer services multiple times, to be given the same bog standard script. Told I will get a call back to discuss further....never happens.
They were quick to get the charger installed though 😒.
Very unhappy, raised it through my work, and through Octopus complaints.
Would appreciate some effort to resolve by Octopus.

All staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Explained the process thoroughly and answered questions with great knowledge.
Overall good service
Overall experience of Octopus EV service has been good.
We sadly experienced several discrepancies and difficulties throughout the process of ordering our EV, including:
- Poor EV delivery and handover
- Agreed Octopus EV processes not carried out
- Overall communication from Octopus EV service was ‘clunky’
However, despite the above, Tobi supported us throughout the process to rectify discrepancies to improve our experience. Tobi also communicated key information regularly and followed up with us following delivery.
We absolutely love our EV and overall are to date satisfied with Octopus EV service input. My only feedback would be to improve on level of communication and ensure customers are signposted to frequently asked questions when discrepancies or difficulties arise with EV delivery, handover etc.

Tobi was very helpful after the order of my car was placed. The whole process was great and easy. Octopus were the cheapest option and I have had my energy supplied by them for over 5 years now so I already knew they had great customer service.
