I placed an order about 4/5 weeks ago now. I tried to contact after 2 weeks, NO response. I used to use this company when they first opened, they were great.

I've been neglecting my beard, so I thought I'd order a few things. Still not here. 2 weeks after emailing, sending a direct message and commenting on a social media post. I received a generic email sent to everyone detailing how he didn't anticipate his "free balm" offer, which i didn't order, i ordered weeks before this "deal". After looking a reviews and social media, I won't be purchasing from this company again, and recommend no one else does.

Another great great smelling and beard taming/softening balm from Odins Beard Care. I have 3 oils, 3 balms, a beard butter and a beard soap and they all smell great, work well and dont cost the earth! Fully recommend 👌🏼

Ordered 4 weeks ago, still waiting. Weird thing is I placed a second smaller order 3 days later which arrived within 5 days? Had an email to say should be shipped by Friday but had the same message last week. Not hopeful about getting it at all at this point. Shame because I’ve used them before and the products are good, the service is not. Won’t be using again even if this order does eventually turn up.

This is the third time ive had to chase up on an order i have placed. Its been over 2 weeks and still no sign of my order even being shipped never mind delivered. There's no way of contacting them to see where your order is up to either which i find very frustrating.

Products were mediocre and smelled a bit like incense or a candle. Customer care was also very lacking with slow responses and sometimes no response at all. The website was also didn't make it clear about the delay on shipping due to New Years and I was only made aware after the fact. When I requested a refund because of the delay, no response was given.

Absolutely outstanding beard care products from the Odins beardcare that truly cares about quality. Every single beard oil scent is perfect — rich, well-balanced, and long-lasting.
The freebies were an amazing surprise at the checkout, show how much they appreciate their customers. Delivery was super fast, and everything arrived perfectly packaged.

The beard soap deserves special mention — the scent is absolutely amazing and leaves my beard feeling clean, soft, and refreshed. Supporting a small business like this feels great when the products are this good. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Brilliant products I’ve bought the beard balm, oil and butter all smell nice all the products go into the bear well soften the beard and last all day.

Products are great, the big let down if and when they arrive. Having to chase up 10 days later. Last time using them, will try another provider moving forward

It's a shame that 1 star is the lowest I can give. Probably the worst service I've received from a company. I would not recommend.

Simply horrendous!! I ordered whilst seller was away which is fine and I was aware that actually it would take a little while to come.. however we are now nearly 2 months later and still no parcel. Was told at first that the package was shipped out and Royal Mail must have lost it…. Was told it would be reshaped, again left waiting and no longer replying to emails! I’ve contacted my bank and done a charge back as I am not being out of pocket for items that probably never even existed. I love shopping with small companies but I will never be returning to this one! Simply horrendous start to finish

I hate marking down small businesses, but at the end of the day, I've not had a great experience.
I original placed my order at the end of sept, but the chap was away until the 29th sept, which I knew etc.
Must have been lost in the post as it never arrived. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, as royal mail isn't great.
They resent out, and I said, well if you need to resend it I'll pay for another oil to be added on.
I did this, but for some reason rather than ship everything together, it was shipped separately.
I received my original order last week, but still waiting for my additional oil.

The oils smell great and are very reasonably priced, but until the shipping issues are resolved. I will be buying from elsewhere.

EDIT - Finally got all my orders. Today is the 12th November.

Unfortunately I made an order that I haven't recieved, I was told to begin with Royal Mail lost my parcel, it was then sent with tracking, I checked the tracking which told me Royal mail were unable to collect the parcel as it wasn't ready to collect, I was told by the owner that this was a mistake and it was on the way to a sorting office he could assure me of this, still nothing recieved and now awaiting a refund, really disappointed as I've had products from here before and loved them

Terrible from the start. No response, no product. Until i raise dispute with bank, then i finally get a response, saying oh it must of got lost we will send another now, i get a tracking number. But when ever the delivery company go for pickup its unavailable. Back to no response from them. Bank has refunded me. Pathetic company, stay away, i normally dont use if they dont have paypal, should of stuck to it. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Shambles. Ordered some oil beginning of October. Items said to be on there way, and nothing. No reply to DM or emails. Won’t be using again.

I can't give a product rating yet. My order got lost in the post, so I'm still waiting for the re-order to arrive.

Really poor service. I placed an order on the 6 October, to take advantage of an offer I saw on the website. I emailed the owner to ask about the offer when it didn’t come up on my receipt and was told that offer had been withdrawn (but was still on the website), so I had bought more than I really wanted.
I had no further communication and chased up my order progress on the 15th October. I got a response saying that they had an influx of orders and were behind but would be dispatched that day.
Then I got a note to say order fulfilled on the 16th, but no tracking or delivery information.
After not receiving my items I chased on the 22 and 25 October with no response and no items.
In this time I have recieved nearly 20 promotional emails from the company, yet they haven’t fulfilled existing orders.

I would not recommend this company and will not be using again. It’s shocking customer service and a shame as I like to support independent businesses.

I have requested a full refund and I will be giving my money to a business that actually respects their customers.
