Not received order. Asked for tracking and not received it. Ordered 5th October still waiting.

This is an awesome beard company. I've used Odin's for years, the oils smell great and keep the beard soft. The balms and butters aren't greasy and keep things in place and the soaps amazing!

I bought 2 oils and 2 balms. Then also got 1 oil, 1 balm, 1 butter, soap and a conditioner for free because I reached the qualifying spend amount.

All the products are natural and smell great. They feel great on my skin and beard. My beard was prone to dry patches but since using my ioils etc the last has stopped.

Absolutely will be a returning customer.

Excellent service and product, exceeded my expectation.
The Hiemdall beard butter is excellent, perfect scent for me that keeps going all day. Keeps my beard and skin very well moisturised. I am incredibly happy with this beard butter.
The Surtur balm also has a great scent. Very happy with my purchase.

Great products at a great price! They smell great, work really well to tame my beard - which has always been particularly unruly. Ive been really impressed and will use them again!

Took nearly 3 weeks to get my order, was supposedly dispatched on one occasion but no turned out to be false, it was in fact dispatched a week later. Also I paid for first class postage and my order was sent second class. I wouldn’t use again. Product isn’t bad tho.

Very happy with all the oils I got and the coffee profile butter was honestly divine, some really good scents.
Very good prices for the top notch quality that you're getting, even the bottles felt very premium.
Won't ever use any other "Mainstream" brand now.

The beard oil is amazing! Quality ingredients that make the beard very soft and the smell is quite as described. Both the Ymir and Thor beard oil scents are so fresh and energizing, giving the feeling of forest surrounding you but with a decent note of fresh seabreeze and misty mountains. Definitely keeps what is promised!

Delivered within the time frame given and smell great!

The oils and soaps smell great and go really well on the beard.
I have used odins a few times now and it's my go to brand.
The only thing that lets it down is the delivery.
So make sure you stock up and order again in advance.

I ordered two Thor beard oils and never received them.

Never received.

Stopped replying after I questioned.

Tried to blame on royal mail, failed to provide any tracking

Products are good, but intransparent delivery times and purposely confusing, borderline illegal, promotion offers paired with very confusing newsletters just make me think the actual sales part of the business should be outsourced to someone that can actually work Shopify properly.

I honestly cannot praise this company enough

Everything I have ever purchased from them has arrived quickly, and if there’s issues they are on the ball emailing everyone.

The products are amazing and I use them regularly in my beard and my hair and it always feels so healthy and soft!!

This time around I got 2 free product which were beard butter and a beard/body soap and oh my they are amazing!!

And the oils were perfect as always!!!

The products are great but the delivery is shocking. I've been asked to write a review for an order I placed on the 14th June ... its now the 30th and I've still not received it

Delay with postage, but was kept up to date, and ordered items and free gift arrived.

I'm old enough to remember a time before the internet when you ordered things and had to wait at least 28 days for them to arrive and had no communication between order and delivery.

Some people need to chill and learn a little patience.

The products I ordered smell awesome, no complaints with the products and have just put another order in.

FOUND A HAIR IN MY OIL I WOULD LIKE A REFUND IMMEDIATELY!

i have just found a hair in my Surtur bead oil, i feel appaled to even say i spent my hard earned money on this disgusting product
