Absolutely brilliant service. 4 days from collection to delivery including a bank holiday. Great communication over what was happening & where we were in the process, iPad came back like brand new & couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

Recently had to have my iPad repaired after it fell onto a tiled fireplace and broke the screen.
A courier was sent to collect item and deliver it to Ologic for repair the whole process was quick and very secure when ologic received ipad I was informed and was kept informed throughout the repair to the point of a secure return to myself by the courier they returned my iPad as good as new and I was very appreciative of them.
If more companies followed their lead this country would be in a far better state I could not fault the company Ologic in any way thank you very much.

Ologic repaired my laptop, and it came back to me looking brand new, so I am very grateful to them for their service and wound definitely recommend. They also put a small bag of haribos with my package (giant strawbs my fav!) which was very cute, so thank you very much 10/10!!

They were very professional, called me before my laptop was collected for a chat about what was the problem. Emailed me to say they had received it and within two days emailed me to say it was fixed and on its way home!
I thought it was a write off, hadn’t worked for ages. I’d strongly recommend them if you need a prompt service.

What can I say - absolutely brilliant service from Ologic.

Laptop wouldn’t power up so it was collected securely by DPD and delivered to Ologic. Kept updated on the app and 3 days later had the laptop back with me.

Well packaged, personalised response and a couple of treat sized Haribo sweets enclosed with a note.

Top notch service from everyone and would recommend Ologic to anyone needing their device repaired.

Very easy to book a repair online, next day collection from DPD was very easy.
Throughout the time the pc was away for repair I got constant updates and a call to confirm the problem identified and the required fix.
From collection to re-delivery took 7 days including a weekend.
PC delivered back really well packaged, delivered exactly at the quoted time, even 2 small bags of Haribo's enclosed.
Overall fantastic service, my pc up and running perfectly, thank you Ologic for making this process so smooth.
Would not hesitate to use Oligic again and would definitely recommend their service.
